Not properly clean and lizard 🦎 in the room
The facilities being provided is pathetic and shambolic . On the top of that the behaviour of manager named Mr.

Nearly no option of snacks and tea, coffee, deserts. Should have some small variety in stock.

Staff Behaviour is good .
Cleanliness is not up to the mark. Far from the seabeach. We didn't get the room as per my choice.
The room is good but the charges are not adequate as per the room and facilities provided. Old Digha Sea Beach and Digha Mohana Beach are nearby, but the market area, shopping places, and other attractions are far away from the hotel.
In my opinion this hotel is suitable for those persons who have to enjoy retired life and need cool and steady places.
Location is not better, Facilities are not better, Staff behavior is rude and unpractical. Kitchen services are not better and not available in the morning before 8:30AM.
Any person who's morning is starting with a cup of hot tea and newspaper, will have a terrible problem.

'Twas really spacious, exactly what was shown in the picture, staff was friendly and helpful, the manager even came and picked us from the station though it was 2:00 in the midnight, was just a min walk to the beach, had an elevator, and overall was an wonderful experience.
There was nothing I didn't like. It was just to good to not like!
