Disappointing facility, but location was good, room was clean, no space for kids play area.
Pros:

They charged Rs 100 per hour and allowed to check-in the room, resulting in Rs 400 payment for 4 hours before check-in to the same room which was allocated to us.

Cons:

They have no facilities in the room, they only charged for the space they provided. Necessary items like electric kettle for hot water was missing in all the room, no tea-bags etc. available.

Good choice for family in a quiet surrounding and close to the beach.
Pros:

Location, car parking, room, facilities, cleanliness, cooking, hygienic kitchen and best quality cooking items, homely taste, fresh veggies and fishes, polite staff and discounted rates through Booking.com

Cons:

Nearly no option of snacks and tea, coffee, deserts. Should have some small variety in stock.
