Un hotel en el que nos hemos sentido engañados y estafados.
Pros:

La ubicación, en las afueras de Nola, no es buena. Está a casi 1,5 km del centro, por un itinerario difícil de transitar a pie: aceras inexistentes o en muy mal estado.
Lo mejor del hotel, la amabilidad del personal de recepción.el

Cons:

El hotel no cumplió las condiciones de la reserva y nos adjidicó dos habitaciones en el edificio anexo, sin ascensor y más propias de un 2 estrellas que de 4. A pesar de nuestra reclamación y nuestras quejas se mantuvieron en su postura diciendo que en el edificio principal no les quedaban habitaciones disponibles (nosotros las haɓiamos reservado hace 8 meses y ya estaban pagadas). Nos hemos sentido estafados por el hotel, de una manera injusta y arbitraria. Por este motivo no recomendaría a nadie el hotel Belsito de Nola, a pesar de la amabilidad de la persona de recepción, que reconoció en todo momento lo injusto de nuestra situación.
