Pros:

Peaceful stay in the city, nice room.

Cons:

Staff's attitude, maybe they are trained that way. For any small thing they will ask for money.

Pros:

Neat and clean

Cons:

1.very less options for Vegetarians.
2. The replenishing the food on the spread table is very very slow and discomfort.
3. The Tv has only Asia net cable that too all free channels only.
4. The TV is not smart TV hence Netflix, prime , hot star like channels are not available it is only available in suit rooms.
5. From 5 star standard it is only 3 star and not 5.
6. Only Room Service rates are 5 star.

Very disappointing experience!
Pros:

Well I have to give them location but that’s all that is working for them at the moment.

Cons:

Exceptionally unprofessional staff at the front desk which just ruined the stay for us. I did feel sorry for them as they simply just didn’t know the general etiquettes of welcoming guests.
The experience feels more like a budget hotel which is not fair when they advertise themselves as a 5 star property and charges 5 star rates.
I will never stay in this hotel or have anything to do with it.

Great location and good staff. Buffet breakfast could be better. But definitely recommended as a luxury hotel at a good
Pros:

Great location close to Hilite mall and just off the national highway NH66. Decent executive style 5-star hotel.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast is average. No adjoining rooms (rooms with connecting doors) or family friendly rooms available. We ended up booking a superior deluxe and ordering an extra bed.

Decent Place for a quick stay
Pros:

Good location near to the Mall, Good parking. Not very crowded. Courteous staff.

Cons:

The entrance in the service road makes it difficult to reach under heavy traffic. The pool was out of service and was disappointing. They should have mentioned in the booking portal if the pool is under maintenance.

It was a nice staying

Cons:

Requested for advance check in 3-4 hrs as per the flight schedule, but Collected an additional amount for that . But anyway might be part of the policy
Would be good , if the main compound entrance from the road arranged nicely
