Not clean and far from Kozhikode city center.
Pros:

The front desk was friendly and met our requests when we called them for various things (changing room, taxi, etc.). The Kerala items in the breakfast were authentic and the Executive Chef Lijo does an awesome job. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast.

Cons:

The bathrooms were not clean and had mold. Our day one room on sixth floor smelled like mold and we had to request a room on a different floor. The whole hallway of the 6th floor also smelled muggy and moldy. Overall, the hotel needs to revamp itself by having clean rooms and hallways. Another issue was that this hotel is fairly far from the center of city and we had hard time getting autos/taxis willing to drive us to this location (and charged 1.5 to 2 times normal meter rates).

Cool Reception, luggage reached 5 hours after check in, only two dental kits for five guests, no shaving kit, not properly addressed to complaints . How can we say it’s a Star hotel

Stay was pleasant except for the check in process.

Cons:

Check in time was 2 pm. I reached the property at 4 pm and the room was not ready. Offered me a complimentary tea which I did not get. No satisfactory explanation given.

Pros:

Гостиница отвечает всем требованиям к такого класса гостиницам. Все ожидания оправдались. Завтрак отличный, подача характерна для хороших индийских гостиниц. Сигнал вай фай отличный. Как я понял служба такси у них своя, всего за 1000 рупий такси доставит в любую точку в пределах города и пригородах.

Cons:

Надо отремонтировать проезд к самой гостинице от главной дороги, организовать что-то вроде бакалейного магазина в шаговой доступности.
