Not as I had expected. Hotel seems to be not maintained. It had moods in th ceiling by the air conditioning.
Pros:

Close to malls. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

No hot water. Very stingy with toilet paper. Breakfast buffet does not have variety of fruits. The same choices of food everyday.

Clean, comfortable hotel with pleasant staff but not as good as a php 3,000 hotel

Cons:

shower temperature was too cold, even on max heat, TV remotes didn't work, bathroom shower area slippery - needs rubber mats, gym was not as depicted and really only consists of a couple of aerobic treadmills.

What I liked most was the spacious room and bed, as well as the hotel’s convenient location.

Cons:

While I appreciated the availability of water dispensers on each floor of the hotel, there was an instance when the dispenser ran out of water. We contacted the hotel staff, who initially advised that water was still available. However, it was later confirmed that the dispenser was faulty and it was only repaired a few hours after our initial report.
