Preciós i acollidor
Pros:

El lloc és preciós, l'entorn boscós i l'hotel. Tot és ple d'ocells cantaires. El personal és encantador, menció especial a la recepcionista de tarda-nit, la Gladis, tan servicial i acollidora. Esmorzar bo amb força varietat de producte, inclòs al preu. S'hi dorm molt bé i les habitacions són molt boniques i espaioses. No és un hotel excessivament gros i s'hi està molt tranquil.

Cons:

La neteja en general és molt correcta, però al desaigüe de la banyera hi havien pèls i la carxofa de dutxa semblava bruta per on surt l'aigua. Són detalls dels que cal tenir cura molt especialment. Ho comento per tal que l'hotel pugui millorar aquest aspecte. La resta, tot perfecte i meravellós.

Séjour très agréable en mars.
Pros:

Nous avons effectué plusieurs séjours, certains en moto et nous apprécions toujours cet établissement.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé que le petit déjeuner était moins diversifié et moins copieux que d’habitude.

Ubicació fantàstica. Entorn tranquil i relaxant.
Pros:

L'entorn de l'hotel fantàstic. Molt a prop d'Olot i enmig de l'entorn natural.
Habitació i bany amplis.
Relació qualitat-preu fabulós

Cons:

L'hotel està una mica antiquat, la zona de recepció i bar millorable. No hi havia ascensor (o no l'hem vist). A nosaltres no ens va afectar però sí important per a les persones amb problemes de mobilitat.
L'esmorzar és correcte: embotits de la zona molt bons però poca tria. La bolleria industrial i poca varietat. El sistema podria millorar perquè era tipus buffet però el personal et feia les torrades i el cafè.

Pros:

Authentic Catalán hotel, very friendly, helpful staff. The log fire was very welcome after a full day of cycling. It was like being welcomed home

Fabuloso y estupendo fin de semana!
Pros:

El sitio, la ubicación, una habitacion a pie de los arboles, espaciosa y muy cómoda, como si fuera un aparthotel. El desayuno tambien muy bien! Y muy cerca el restaurante de La Deu, cenamos muy bien!

Cons:

Desayunar en la terraza de la habitación! por lo demás todo super!
