Kisebb, otthonos wellness hotel, ami télen sajnos túlfűtött.
Pros:

Az Erzsébet Nagy Szálloda jó helyen helyezkedik el Pakson, közel van a helyi múzeum és a Duna part is. Kedvező, hogy a hotel új szárnya össze van kötve a wellness-szel. A személyzet (recepció, étterem és a kávézó is) nagyon kedves volt. Alapvetően megfelelő volt az étterem és a kávézó kínálata is.

Cons:

A legnagyobb gond (amit sajnos több wellness hotelben megtapasztaltunk már), hogy télen nagyon meleg van a szobában. A szobában (volt helyi hőmérő) végig 26 fok volt, a meleg alulról jött (előszoba és fürdőszoba alól) a nem megfelelően szigetelt vízvezetékekből. A termosztát ki volt kapcsolva (a hűtés érdemben nem működött, de abszúrd is lett volna februárban a túlfűtött szobát megpróbálni "visszalégkondizni"), az ablakot nem lehetett nyitva hagyni, mert este füst volt kint. Maradt az unortodox megoldás: nyitva hagytuk éjszakára a szoba ajtaját, hogy legalább a folyosóról jöjjön be egy kis levegő...Egyébként ez egy általános helyzet lehetett, mert szoba csere után voltunk, a másik szobában először 27 fokot mutatott a hőmérő amikor megérkeztünk. Szobát azért kellett cserélni, mert a fürdőkádban benne hagyta a karbantartó a glett maradékokat. Ezt egyébként nem hoztuk volna fel, mert a recepción segítőkészen rögtön intézkedtek. Kisebb hiányosság, hogy az ablakfelület egy kicsit kicsi a szoba méretéhez képest. Az étteremhez ki kell menni pár métert a régi épülethez, de ez nem jelentős probléma.

Kellemes hely
Pros:

Szép modern nagy szoba, első hely ahol kis tasakos ragcsakkal vártak. Kellemes hangulatú hely, kedves személyzet. Ajánlom mindenkinek.

Cons:

Szerettem volna upgradelni a szobát, rafizetessel. Nem volt lehetséges, ilyen hotelt még nem láttam, ahol nem engednek fizetni többet :) (hotel nagy része üres is volt).

Már a becsekkolasnal elkell dönteni mit szeretnél vacsorázni.

Külön kérdeztem a recepciót, ha már fix menü van megehetem-e a szobámban, mert 3 fogast egy ülésnél fixen nem tudok egyszerre megenni. Mondták megoldható. Étterembe érve ez már nem volt opció...

Osszesegeben minden okés volt a szoba szuper jó, picit talán több rugalmasság jól jönne, de minden rendben volt.
