Close to beach, lovely pools. Hotel team were wonderful and rooms comfortable. Special shout out to Denise at Restaurant and Hadeer at reception who were so friendly and helpful.
Not quite walking distance to and from Pula and an extremely limited taxi service, therefore expensive. Not hotels problem but one that should be shared with local municipality.
Die Anlage ist in einer ruhigen Lage, mit direktem Strandzugang und eingebettet in einer tollen Gartenanlage. Obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, wirkte das Hotel nicht überfüllt. Es gab keinen Mangel an Ruhemöglichkeiten.
Das Hotelrestaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Der Mittagstisch ist definitiv teurer als wenn man in Pula selbst ist, die Gerichte sind qualitativ aber sehr hochwertig.
Wir hatten die Einstiegs Kategorie, welche sich im Erdgeschoss befindet. Die Sicht war auf den Parkplatz. Kommentare, dass dies als störend empfunden wurde, können wir nicht bestätigen. Es ist alles sehr schön bepflanzt und gibt viel Privatsphäre.
Das Personal während des Frühstücks war leider nicht so freundlich wie in den anderen Bereichen des Hotels. Hier musste man hinter seinem Kaffee etwas hinterher laufen. Von alleine ist selten jemand auf einen zugekommen. Hier hat es noch etwas Verbesserungspotential

Two beautifully designed pools with sun loungers and beds, as well as garden areas perfect for taking a nap. A private beach with sand and calm, crystal-clear water, ideal for swimming, with showers nearby.
Most of the staff are smiling and helpful.
The place is clean and tastefully decorated.

Things to improve:
A QR code to access the menu while at the beach or the pool, even though there’s always a server nearby. Ideally, an app to order would be perfect.
I ordered a fruit platter by the pool — presentation is clearly not their strong point. Given the hotel’s standard, you’d expect better.
A warmer welcome at breakfast — a smile costs nothing.
Too bad the à la carte eggs come with an extra charge.
A more welcoming check-in with fresh towels and a welcome drink.
Someone to assist with luggage upon arrival.
Kleines charmantes gepflegtes Hotel, Lage direkt am Meer- jedoch ohne Meerblick. Große Pools, auch für Schwimmer super geeignet. Gute Betten, gutes Frühstück, guter Service, sehr sauber.
Abendessen wie erwartet zu spät, lokale Gastronomie in Umgebung ebenso bzw schon geschlossen wegen Nachsaison. Zimmer sehr klein. Hatten es deshalb zur Einzelnutzung gebucht, das war so dann o.k.
Unsere Ecke Sardiniens in Nachsaison fast ausgestorben.

Ontbijt was goed, echter niet al het personeel leek er zin in te hebben.
Sehr schönes gepflegtes Objekt. Großer Pool zum Schwimmen, kleinerer für Kinder und Badende. Meerzugang. 24 Stunden Rezeption. Gesicherter Parkplatz im Objekt. Kosmetikprodukte sehr hochwertig. Frühstück war gut. Kaffee typisch italienisch- super stark und bitter. Bar- Preise unangemessen. 16- 20 Euro pro Getränk. Betten waren hervorragend.
Service war nur befriedigend bis gut im Frühstücks- bzw. Restaurantbereich. Dinnerzeit für uns zu spät. Umliegende Gastronomie in Nachsaison fast alle geschlossen bzw. ebenso erst ab 19.30 bzw 20 uhr geöffnet. Zimmer sehr klein. Hatten daher jeder DZ zur Einzelnutzung.
Staff eccezzionale,competente ,si fa in 4 per accontentare ogni richiesta...empatia e gentilezza.
Attenzione ai dettagli in ogni spazio..dalla camera alla piscina,alla toilette del bar.
Tutto curato.
Colazione abbondante,qualità dei prodotti usati,non che vasta scelta dal.salato al dolce.
Giardino curaro,incluso un angolo con carpe koi...la ciliegina sulla torta!

Die Zimmer waren so klein, dass noch nicht einmal 1 oder 2 Stühle reinpassten. Nur das Doppelbett, sonst nix.
Die Unterkunft hatte eine tolle Lage und war sehr schön gemacht..Pool ,Meer und der gesamte Außenbereich war einfach toll
…allerdings waren die Preise für Essen und trinken sehr hoch und nicht gerechtfertigt..wir waren komplett enttäuscht was das anbelangt
Der Strand der Garten und die Poollandschaft sind sehr schön
Das Personal in der Gastronomie ist absolut unqualifiziert und dementsprechend werden die Gäste behandelt.
