Pros:

Inspite of confirmed booking they didn't give us room. Shifted us to a nearby homestay after taking full payment and promised that next day they will shirt us to the resort. But they did not do that I wanted my money back. In this rainy season we had to arrange our accommodation. They ruined our vacation.

Pros:

Room was clean and we reached early before check in so they arranged a room just to get fresh n bath for an hour, it helped us to start our trip even before check in

Cons:

They were asking extra 500 Rupees for the room, saying that it's the room with extra facilities. I asked them to give me manager's contact number I'll talk to him as i booked room 2 weeks before and why they cannot keep room available after that the guy agreed not to pay any extra qnd allowed with same rate as per booking. Facing road good view rooms were cleaned n neat service was good

Pros:

Stay was excellent,we loved the room and ur pool ,all was under budget and plus pont mapro garden is hardly 10 min away so overall accommodation was best with ur staff
