Pros:

We liked the rooms as a whole. Food was good, palatable, and not spicy, as customised to our demand. The restaurant-cum-lounge was very nicely decorated, and its catering service was good.

Cons:

The toilets had no exhaust fans. The elevation of the toilets above the room floors was disadvantageous for senior citizens like us. The elevator developed recurring mechanical glitches, The TV set in the restaurant-cum-lounge was often put on high volume, which was rectified on demand.
