The restaurat inside the hotel it was very good and the location was superb. I planed to visit only Srirangam and helped a lot. The reception of the hotel that was a bit rude, they could treat the guests better. The staff was very polite.

Choose this place only for location, everything else is bad.
Pros:

None. Location maybe.

Cons:

Room service was not good.
Asked for cutlery to room it took 30mins.
Complimentary food was yuck. It was really bad.

Will definitely recommend this place. Location is very good.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was clean but the couch was soiled.

Cons:

One bed and the floor could have been clean on check-in. However, upon request the staff cleaned the room/bed very well.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was a big plus. It is very close by to Srirangam Temple. Its a 5 mins walk to the main entrance. All staff were really good and overall service was satisfactory. We had some complaints with one of the beds and they had it replaced too. We had breakfast for 2 days which was satisfactory. The hotel has ample parking space and did not face any challenge with it. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The cost was little expensive even though we visited during a less crowded time. But it was not a major concern mainly because the stay was just close to the temple.

Stay for location only- not worth the money

Location is the only positive

Cons:

Restaurant is not worth the mention. Neither breakfast is good nor the management. We were having senior citizens and a kid but still made to wait for 40mins for taking order from room. Then we had to visit the restaurant to again wait for 15mins to know half menu is not available
