Vreselijk slecht geslapen
Pros:

Dichtbij bestemming

Cons:

Continu lawaai van de weg direct langs het hotel. Slechte geluidsisolatie. Wij waren de enige gasten dus hadden zij ons makkelijk een stillere kamer kunnen geven

Very comfortable stop-over - will use again.
Pros:

Position, convenience, feels almost like home (we have been a few times before).

Cons:

Unfortunately because of circumstances its restaurant was not available, but we ate OK elsewhere.
Breakfast excellent.

Pros:

Je kunt er slapen, dat is het belangrijkste. De bedden zijn prima en bieden voldoende comfort voor een goede nachtrust.
Daar houden de positieve punten echter wel op. De faciliteiten staan in geen verhouding tot de prijs; voor het bedrag dat gevraagd wordt, is het niveau simpelweg zeer ondermaats.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was helaas verre van wat je mag verwachten bij een hotel in deze prijsklasse.

Op de ochtend van het ontbijt kregen we wel direct een lekkere kop koffie aangeboden, wat een klein pluspunt was. Toch was duidelijk merkbaar dat de dame die aanwezig was weinig enthousiasme uitstraalde en eigenlijk niet blij leek om er te zijn.

Het ontbijt zelf stelde teleur: slechts drie plakken kaas, wat ham en salami en een klein stukje brood. Dit was alles wat er klaarstond. Voor ons was dit aanleiding om één plakje brood met kaas te nemen en direct te besluiten een ander hotel te zoeken.

Het hotel leek volledig in vakantiestand; er was verder geen personeel aanwezig. We vermoeden dat de dame mogelijk de dochter van de eigenaar was, of misschien zelfs de eigenaresse — al oogde zij daarvoor wel erg jong. Hoe dan ook, de professionaliteit en gastvrijheid die je verwacht ontbraken volledig.

Inmiddels hebben wij een ander hotel gevonden, inclusief spa, wellness en een uitgebreid ontbijt, voor slechts €40 extra per nacht. Dat verschil in kwaliteit is enorm. Om €200 per nacht te betalen voor vrijwel niets, vinden wij het absoluut niet waard.

Bovendien waren wij met slechts vier gasten in het hele hotel, wat op zichzelf al veel zegt.

Hopelijk nemen de eigenaren deze feedback serieus, want gasten doen er tenslotte toe.

Es War ein grossartiger Aufenthalt, das Abendessen war einfach wunderbar. und die persönliche Betreuung durch die Inhabe
Pros:

Super nettes Personal, absolu feine Küche, sehr persönlich und familiär. und natürlich sehr zentrale Lage!

Cons:

Direkt an der Strasse gelegen und von daher von Zeit zu Zeit etwas lauter.

Hervorragend
Pros:

Einfaches aber gutes Hotel ,das Essen im gemütlichen Gartenrestaurant war sensationell und die bedienung sehr freundlich, Bravo.
Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort aber wenn wir wieder in dieser gegend sind werden wir auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.
Auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war Top da muss man in dieser Hotelkategorie sonst nichts erwarten.

Een verademing aan de doorgaande weg
Pros:

De gastheer en gastvrouw zorgden voor een warm welkom. Het voelde gelijk speciaal.
De bediening was ook top. Kwaliteit van eten geweldig. Kamers zeer comfortabel en netjes. We hadden gelukkig ook airco want het was een hele warme dag. We hebben genoten en komen zeker terug.

A really comfortable place
Pros:

Very good location - by car or by train. Room was ok, cleaned every day, even over Christmas. Breakfast was good. Additionally, a coffee machine is available in the room.
We really appreciated the advice / recommendations from the owners on the trips in the area.
We had twice dinner at the hotel’s restaurant - and liked it very much - fresh and very good quality food. Free parking.

Loved the stay
Pros:

Convenient location to the Visp terminal (25 min walk or 8 min bus). Cozy rooms with great view and balcony. Flexible check in and delicious breakfast. Lovely memories!
