Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Die Lage unweit vom Bahnhof

Cons:

Frühstück war überschaubar, aber gut. Kaffee kann man sich leider nicht selber ziehen und es wurde leider nicht nachgefragt, ob ich noch mehr hätte.

Das Hotel hat macht die liebe zum Detail mit Herz. Ich hatte Badesalz und Badeöl im Bad. Das Personal macht ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Keurig hotel met uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst
Pros:

Vanwege een werkafspraak in dit kleinschalige hotel verbleven. Ruime schone kamer voorzien van oa koffie, thee en alle andere denkbare faciliteiten.
Na een heerlijk rustige nachtrust een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.
Onze aankomst was ruim voor de normale incheck tijd, hier werd totaal niet naar gekeken en konden om 12:00 gelijk onze kamer gebruiken.

Cons:

Helemaal niets, alles was prima.

A True Home Away From Home in Zug
Pros:

I've been returning to Zugertor for the past four years, and it truly feels like a home away from home. This charming and very clean B&B has a cozy, homely atmosphere that takes away the dreaded "just another hotel" feeling. The team is warm, felxible, and wonderfully attentive, always remembering guests and their needs. I also love Lokal97 downstairs, a down-to-earth restaurant serving delicious local selections. Always happy to come back.
