Delikat og flott rom, AC og hjelpsomt personale
Pros:

Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale 👌
Stort og delikat rom med velfungerende aircondition. Frokost inkludert og ellers var det varm og kald drikke og snaks i resepsjonsområdet. Veldig fornøyd!!

Pros:

Nice modern clean rooms with air conditioning. Staff were excellent and helped out with the loan of an adapter

Pros:

The hotel has everything at minimum acceptable level

Cons:

If you ask for an extra coffee capsule you get an answer you need to pay, the room has a coffee nesprtesso and 2 capsule only, the space in the capsule container was 4 capsule but 2 were missing, also we extend our stay with late check out till 4pm and pay extra, we really didn't deserve 2 or 4 more capsules? too much stricts rules are never too good with tourists.

Although not in old town, still a great hotel with outstanding staff!
Pros:

I was there for a work trip and it was close to the office, so I was able to easily walk. The staff was super helpful and quickly replied to my messages and were extremely helpful onsite. The room had strong AC, which was great during the heatwave. The room was spacious and loved they had an honor bar if you needed something and water/ice for your room.

Its an OK hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

It's a 3-star hotel. Had not many expectations. Weak Wi Fi, very small TV, Shower OK, comfortable bed. There is no platform at the entrance, and you have to carry your luggage up a short staircase.

Zentral gelegen für Besuche in der Stadt
Pros:

Obwohl Zimmer auf die Hauptstrasse, war die Nacht sehr ruhig. Bequemes Bett. Auch im Bad alles, was man braucht. Parkplatz in der privaten Tiefgarage.
In knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuss am See.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour Zug!
Pros:

Amabilité du personnel, late check out pour pouvoir me doucher après le Triathlon de Zug, parking souterrain, la propreté des chambres, petit déjeuner complet, dès 6h00 pour les athlètes du Triathlon de Zug, franchement très bien!

Cons:

Pour le restaurant, comme déjà proposé l'année dernière, trois plats à choix, changer les sauces qui accompagnent les pâtes. Elles sont malheureusement peu adéquates le soir précédent une compétition, lasagnes délicieuses mais poivrons, oignons, huile pas très compatible avec un repas près course, même si c'était très bon!
