Pros:

Gutes,vielseitiges Frühstück. Schade wurden unsere Getränke abgeräumt als wir nochmals am Frühstücksbuffet waren.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel - would definitely return if opportunity arises
Pros:

Ideal location for my office - very helpful and friendly staff, with small but very well equipped rooms with welcome air con. Breakfast was convenient and very nice, with very good staff.

الموظفه طلبت مننا عمل التشيك اوت الساعه 11 واتصلت بعد نص ساعه تهدد ان نخرج بسرعه ولا سوف تظيف رسوم ! الساعه كانت 11 والنصف على اني اخبرتها اني بالفعل راح اخرج في اسرع وقت 😅😅 اسلوب غير احترافي ولا فيه احترام للمقيمين بالفندق

Great place to stay in Zug
Pros:

We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, the sofa bed was big and comfortable, the large bed was very comfortable too. We enjoyed the free coffee and water in the room. There is A/C in the room which is not common in Switzerland. Although close to the train station, the room was very quiet. The staff was very helpful - they accommodated all our requests and guided us to the place where we wanted to have dinner. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed our stay.
