Super excellent stay.
Pros:

very clean and luxurious indeed. very cool and calm environment. No alcohol. Super excellent hotel. I wish to stay there again. Presence of a very neat Masjid inside the compound. Very welcoming staffs and the environment is very central and close to the National Masjid

its one of the best boutique hotels I tried in Abuja. However, there is room for improvement.

Torture.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The air conditioner didn't not work properly, we were unable to sleep due to heat and mosquitoes all night.
The transfer transport to the airport in the morning we paid for, didn't have air conditioning. It was a complete torture. .

Pros:

Good value for money but breakfast kitchen staff need to relax LOL
Pros:

Friendly Staff. Oyedepo was exceptional (great smile and very composed). Location was close to key interest areas as it is in the middle of town. The room prices are very great for that part of town. The facilities are also good. Not old model. Comfy beds, good bathroom, and tasty meals. Great restaurants and fun places all around within 5 minutes drive.

Cons:

Something quite unsettling was the breakfast staff modus operandi. Food was good but staff kept interrupting, asking us to give back cutlery and plates and stuff even without finishing our meals. It was as if they were rushing us to eat and leave. A lot of times our conversations were disrupted (allow me to eat in peace). I advise you to buy more plates and spoons so people could eat in peace. The buffet is a quasi buffet as you are impliedly not allowed to serve yourself (you can be served as much as you want but not allowed to touch stuff). The power kept tripping off, interrupting the flow of the aircon in the room (general issue I know). I could hear cars passing by the road at dawn. Not very great for a long sleep. The meeting/ working space was also very tiny as the property itself struggled with parking space. The external surrounding could feel unsafe for walking as there are sinister looking folks outside (just the looks, no proof) sometimes but driving will not be a problem.
