Relaxing stay
Pros:

The bungalow was spotless and spacious. It had everything you needed from slippers to a hairdryer. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace surrounded by nature. The pool was clean with enough sunbeds. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast delicious. The new owner was very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed hearing about the changes he is going to make. All and all a professionally run hotel in a great location.

Cons:

One tiny thing, the shampoo and body wash weren't labelled so it was a guessing game. I could have asked the staff, but where's the fun in that!

Décalage entre la fonction hôtel et la fonction restauration
Pros:

Chambre parfaite, très beau jardin, parking ombragé pour la moto... et excellent accueil.

Cons:

Environnement de la piscine à rafraichir.
Petits-déjeuners sans saveur
Je suis convaincu que la nouvelle équipe saura remédier à ces défauts.

Really great room. Bar and pool :)
Pros:

Lovely large room with triple aspect and great setting in the garden surrounded by tropical trees. Rooftop bar above reception is special and the pool is really lovely- photos don’t do it justice. All staff great and breakfast fabulous.

Good location but disappointing service and tired rooms
Pros:

The place has a good location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The territory at the hotel is covered in lush greenery with a great pool located in the shade of beautiful trees. Each bungalow has a terrace, and there is also a nice public lounge upstairs with comfortable seating and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was alright with a fresh baguette that was really tasty.

Cons:

The staff is severely undertrained. I don't want to blame them and say they were rude or cold. I think it's just a complete lack of training. They messaged us one day ahead to ask when we would arrive, and we were at the reception at the exact time, but there was nobody there. My friend was unwell and really needed to go to the room, but it took me about 15 minutes to find the staff (only one gardener could help me after some time and bring the receptionist girl). The girl was in absolutely no hurry to check us in, and she didn't even apologize for being absent (we later discovered that she is pretty much never there. Maybe it is not even her direct responsibility because we also saw her at the restaurant serving breakfast. Still, it tells you everything you need to know about the level of organization at that hotel.) The French owner/manager, who showed up to say hi, didn't apologize either and started making excuses. We were in two minds to leave when we saw our rooms, which were very tired and undermanaged, smelling like someone had tried to hide the mold and pipe smell with an air freshener. Our comment regarding this was treated with complete indifference. Later, we also had to ask to fix our wifi (1 time) and the pressure in the shower (3 times) before it was fixed. These aren't small things for the price the hotel charges. Everything in the rooms was slightly dilapidated, the garden furniture was falling apart and didn't invite to sit there, and the bedsheets weren't particularly clean either. At this point, we gave up complaining because every time they made us feel like we were difficult customers. We could get over all of this if we saw any empathy from the staff or the manager. Alas, we did not.

Pros:

Very pretty gardens with relaxing pool. Bed super comfortable with full.mosquito net. Nice size room and good breakfast. Near crab market about 1 kilometer to Kep beach. Lots.of restaurants between 2 and 10 mins walk away. Had a very relaxing stay

Cons:

They say the bar opens but I never saw it open
Went up a couple of times there were never any staff around. But lots of restaurant/bars nearby anyway. Everything shuts very early in the area. Enjoyed it anyway

Pros:

Nous avons passé 2 jours tranquilles dans ce magnifique jardin très arboré et fleuri, avec sa jolie piscine, situé juste en face de la mer et à 5 minutes à pied du marché aux crabes. Merci à Fred pour sa gentillesse et à toutes ses nièces pour leur travail impeccable.

Nice jungly place to stay close to lots of restaurants and the National Park
Pros:

Nice bungalow with comfy bed, air con, fridge and bright bathroom that felt you were outside . The pool area was a great place to hang out. Good breakfasts.

Cons:

TV wasn't connected to anything ( no internet signal)
