I'd go back.
Pros:

The breakfast was great with a number of choices. It was very laid-back. The pool was lovely.The staff were friendly, particularly the host.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, and a very nice bathroom
Pros:

Location is perfect for the crab market, which was a major point of this phase of the trip.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything. The shallow end of the pool is very shaded at this time of year. Water temperature can be bracing. Ask my six year old after I pushed him in!😉

Sehr freundliches Personal und Besitzer. Ruhe und Entspannung mit guter Lage zum Krabbenmarkt. Sehr gutes Restaurant in der Anlage!!!

Traumhaftes kleines resort!
Pros:

Einfach alles, der bungalow ist super eingerichtet, das bad ist schön, die kleine Terrasse ist toll zum entspannen.
Der pool ist zwar nicht der größte aber vollkommen ausreichend.
Die Dachlounge mit gemäßigter Lautstärke ist ein idealer ort zum entspannten ausklingen lassen des tages.
Das frühstück ist top!!

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die steckdosen situation im bungalow. Da könnte es eine im bad gebrauchen gerade wenn man einen fön anbietet wäre das schön. Aber das ist meckern auf höchstem Niveau.

Bref séjour d’une nuit assez agréable
Pros:

La suite spacieuse, le jardin et l’emplacement proche des restaurants.
Le rooftop avec bar.

Cons:

L’emplacement de la chambre proche de la route et pas à proximité de la plage. Les abords ne sont pas nettoyés (cf photo).
Pas d’eau chaude mais tiède, manque serviettes main et mouchoirs.
Confort du lit, matelas un peu dur.
Prix excessifs par rapport aux prix locaux ( 6 $ le cocktail).
Propriétaire un peu trop familier.

Heel fijne bungalow. Douche, bed, airco en koelkast allemaal goed.. heel dichtbij de krabmarket

Pros:

Lovely spot in a good location. Rooms were comfy, a little pricier than some other places but I would say proportionate to how nice the property and rooms are! Pool area is nice to hangout at. Serene, relaxing vibe to the place.
Breakfast was really good. Would recommend when staying in Kep!

Pros:

Kaikki sujui sen jälkeen hyvin kun ensin löysin henkilökuntaa. Ketään ei ollut paikalla kun saavuin, mutta yksi hotellivieras kertoi, että näki henkilön rannalla, tulee varmaan pian. Ja tulihan hän ja herätti viereisetä huoneesta reseptionistin. Siitä eteenpäin kaikki sujui mainiiosti
