Very good choice in Dili
Pros:

Great location, free airport transfers, hotel is newer and more modern than I expected. Great breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit old and there was a sense of humidity (smell) in the air even though they have air con.

Couldn’t have made a better choice in Dili for location, amenities, friendly staff and service.
Pros:

Breakfast had good range of items that were healthy and flavourful. Also was constantly available at 7 am which slowed me to travel for early work appointments. Buffet style is efficient. Also good Timor grown coffee.

Cons:

Would be nice to have some local food instead of all Western style.

Best hotel in Dili
Pros:

Excellent hotel with a very good location : markets, points of interest, supermarkets at walking distance.
Very comfortable hotel with large room and excellent AC. Enjoyable breakfast with large variety of food, hot and cold, excellent bread and sometimes pancakes.
Very good staff, both friendly and professional at the same time.
Pool very nice for a dip at the ned of the day.

Nice hotel with goid qualities, however needs improvement, particularly wifi.
Pros:

Location is excellent and has a good charm and ambiance. Rooms are spacious, have nice lighting and staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Wifi/internet mostly not working, warm water needs fixing. Breakfast is ok, but stays the same, no variety in menu.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

Centrally located near the port, mini mart a short walk away.

Cons:

(1) Room faced the main road and it was very noisy traffic (cars honking and a police officer whistling to manage traffic) almost the whole time. (2) Unresponsive staff - reached out multiple times two days prior to my stay over Booking.Com and email with my flight details to arrange for my airport transfer and no one replied. No WhatsApp number available. It was the customs officer who ended up calling the hotel’s driver directly (she knew him somehow) to have him come pick me up. (3) Inhospitable staff - I had a red eye flight and had to catch a 8am ferry the next day (which meant I needed to be at the port at 7am to purchase tickets and leave the hotel before 7). When I arrived I asked the lady at the check in counter if I could utilise my breakfast entitlement on that day (ie arrival day) instead of the day of my checkout because I was too tired to head out after a red eye flight, and I had to leave very early the next day. She had earlier informed that breakfast starts at 7am. She dismissed the request outright and rudely told me to pay if I wanted to have breakfast on the day of check in. (4) One of the lights in the bathroom wasn’t working. Pillow was stained.

Sentralt beliggende, fint basseng, ok senger, ok restaurant med helt grei mat
