We are very much impressed with the care and support we received from the manager and other staff.
Pros:

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant.But they arranged breakfast from nearby hotel.Besides there is a very good restaurant adjacent to this hotel.This hotel is located in the highway near bakel fort.

Cons:

It would have been better if you could provide tissue paper also along with coffee mugs.

The size of the room which is very good .Ample space in the room

Cons:

The AC which is not working as expected.The staff tried to fix it but personnelly am not happy on the AC.Also on the food front. Ha
rdly the menu has veg stuff We never know weather cooked separately Else it was a good stay at okas residency.

Pros:

Staff was not present at reception half the time but when present was good.

The restaurant downstairs and next door serves good food and ice cream. Location is convenient, near to the auto stand.

Cons:

The restaurant is shut until noon. For breakfast, staff directs you to some dodgy looking cafes across the road. Avoid! The 'sea view' was of a lumber mill...
