Il est indiqué un service de laundry service. J’ai réservé 2 nuits exprès dans cet hôtel pour bénéficier de ce service. Avant de payer, j’insiste bien sur le fait que j’ai besoin de ce service. A l’accueil, on me dit oui sans problème mais demain… je redemande plus tard si je peux déposer mon linge, on me dit non, mais oui demain. Plus tard, je redemande et on me dit que le temps d’attente est de 3 jours alors qu’avant de payer on m’avait dit que je récupérerai le linge le lendemain !! Publicité mensongère !!! Ils donnent le linge à une société extérieur !!
Hygiène : un des deux oreillers était moisi !
Les serviettes posées sur une couette pas lavée…
J’en ai redemandé une.
Les commentaire des autres voyageurs sur le personnel sont d’une grande justesse. Je n’en rajouterai pas une couche !
