Altes Gebäude mit grossen Zimmern
Pros:

Lage gut, ruhig, Zimmer gross, gesamter Komplex sehr dunkel
Personal freundlich. Man kann bequem in die Altstadt gehen.

Cons:

Fenster war klein und konnte nur gekippt werden. Das ist für heisse Nächte etwas wenig und stickig. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, aber die wollten wir nicht die ganze Nacht laufen lassen.

très beau séjour et excellent restaurant
Pros:

nous avons adoré la décoration de l'établissement, avec un mélange de modernité et tradition et surtout en conservant l’âme de la battisse . Je recommande aussi de dîner dans le restaurant de l'établissement !

Merveilleux séjour d’anniversaires dans l’Avant de Noël !

Très belle découverte dans cette belle région !
Tout était parfait les chambres, notre suite immense, le personnel top, le restaurant trop bon et le petit déjeuner délicieux. À refaire au fil des saisons…

Le decor est somptueux et le personnel aux petits soins ( la batisse, Cluny, les decorations...)
Nous avons mange devant la grande cheminée un repas délicieux
La chambre est tres joliement decorée et le matelas tres bon !!!

Nous avons adoré cette ambiance ancien et contemporain en même temps.
Pros:

La chambre jolie et très confortable, le repas de la st sylvestre: excellent! Le petit déjeuner: presque tout fait maison , original et délicieux.

Chambre atypique , car historique avec un vécu que l'on ne peut pas rencontrer ailleurs . Inoubliable

Ein kleines Paradies an einem sehenswerten Ort
Pros:

Die historischen Gebäude des Ensembles wurden mit Liebe und Geschmack renoviert und schön eingerichtet.

Das Restaurant bietet eine Küche von hoher Qualität in einem behaglichen Raum mit Kamin.

Cons:

Leider hat eine laute Gruppe von Spaniern mit Kindern das gehobene Ambiente gestört.
Im Restaurant herrschte Zugluft und die Elektroheizun im Zimmer musste ich wegen des Geräuschs ausschalten.
Ein Aufenthalt im Sommer ist daher zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié que lors de ma réservation du spa, à aucun moment on ne m'a parlé du prix (25 euros l'heure). J'ai pourtant un échange de 3 mails sur le sujet du spa sans aucun mention que cela soit payant.
Je me suis sentie mise devant le fait accompli, c'est très désagréable. D'ailleurs lors de la réservation sur booking le tarif n'est pas mentionné non plus.
