I really liked everything about the property. The staff were extremely polite, courteous, and always ready to help. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant ambiance. The service was quick, efficient, and truly impressive, which made the overall experience even better. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay....
The room size, comfort, location, and friendly staff were definitely highlights of my visit. The food was also quite good, which added to the positive experience.
Cleanliness should be given more attention – especially the sofa, which had visible dirt and old spots. The towels seemed very worn out, almost as if they’ve been reused for years. The property overall requires maintenance, as the common areas had an unpleasant odor and the walls are peeling paint.

The hotel is a no fuss functional hotel close to Medanta hospital, the staff is friendly and happy to help with all your requirements. The rooms are spacious and the food is good.
The rooms could have been cleaned and maintained better, specially things like the sofa and the blankets. On the first night the power kept coming and going throughout the night which was not great as it disturbed our sleep, maybe invest in a generator to counter the issue. They have a solar heater I am guessing, so you need to waste a lot of water initially till the water turns warm, which is not great for sustainability and the environment.
