Pros:

スタッフの応対が親切丁寧でした。
サービスの朝食内容が充実してましてびっくりしました。電車移動の旅でしたので交通アクセスが少し不便でした。

The hotel was right next to Noda Onsen Honoka which is a great Onsen we like to go to.

残念。
Cons:

バス・トイレの壁タイルの目地に黒いカビがいっぱいあった。
まともな清掃が出来ていない。基本中の基本だと思う。清掃担当者・責任者の気が知れない。便座が暖まらない、冷えたままだった。朝、朝食後フロントに行って便座の件を話したら「すみません」と言うだけで修理に来ることもなかった。
東武グループを名乗っているが、東武グループの恥だと思う。
