Lift was not working for the whole day when asked we got a reply it will be done automatically.
There is no option in Breakfast every morning The breakfast was Roti or paratha n sabji nothing else if we ask for something The staff was too rude and said clear NO .
Room cleaning was only done once in a day if we ask for cleaning the room they say we will clean according to us only.
There is no name of Hemkunt anywhere in Hotel.
No mineral water was provided.
Wifi was not working when asked we got answer that it's not working what we can do.

Booking.com mentioned it is three star hotel, but it is a Guest house.
Room was clean and good
The head staff was not good and not at all flexible. Requested for an extension of 30 min and he said since booked through bookings.com he cannot accommodate. Felt like I made a mistake making reservation through bookings.com
absolutely nothing, worst experience ever ever!
"hotel" (sorry, it is not worth to be named a hotel) was partially still under construction; the room was TOTALLY DIRTY, bugs in the bed, the bathroom was a catastrophee, pee everywhere, not cleaned at ALL. It was a serious danger for my health so I turned around and immediately left the hotel. This is FIRST TIME I had to take such drastic action.
Hotel refuses any responsibility, I requested full refund, not given!
Also Booking.com does not help, very unfortunate.
Read my other reviews and you will see that I travelled a lot, made good and mixed experiences, but this was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER EVER!!
I am contacting authorities to check if they can shut down this place, so that no future guests are suffering or putting their health in danger!
Frequent power cuts, you have to call the reception multiple times before they turn on power backup/ generator. And air conditioning doesn't run on power backup. Most nights there was no power throughout. Breakfast is bad. Lift doesn't work.
