We didn’t like anything in your hotel in these 8 days

Cons:

Staff was too bad behaviour in reception…they are not at all ready to solve our issues in the room…AC was not working…Heater is not working…when we inform the reception they are not concerned about our issue…we have to shout at them for repairing the AC…Totally waste of money.

The hotel has a bar and club on the ground floor, entrance & reception. Drunk and half naked people walking around the lobby and making a lot of noise. Displaying disgusting behaviour and causing problems. I would advise everyone to avoid staying here.

2 unknown men walked in our room while we were staying there and did not even get an apology. Had I left my mum alone in the room god knows what could’ve have happened. How did they get access I do not know, but this is absolutely unacceptable.
