Staff attention, Break fast quality.

All top notch.
The location was perfect for my trips in the city. Great ambience and cozy. It was always clean when I return.
No noise, no mosquitoes.
The staff were polite.
The intercom in the room wasn’t ringing out. Reached out to Morris and he fixed it.

Overall, there was value for the money spent.

I loved the room.

The check-in was a little bite difficult but they made it work. Then the service once checked in was great. They have a good restaurant.

A great hotel and the staff were really friendly and helpful - particularly Bless who even took the time to go into town with us to buy a replacement phone and SIM. A great stay

Nice meeting rooms and accommodation

My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts.

All of the staff were very polite to us and made our experience better. They also provide shuttle for the airport which was perfect. We will definitely consider this hotel if we return to Accra

- Wide and clean room. It is brand new and has a nice design.
- Good food at the restaurant.
- All staff are very attentive.
- Enough amenities and facilities in the room, like an electric kettle, a hair dryer and an iron.
- Location is near Osu, not far from the airport.

* Cons
- Too popular. It is not easy to make reservations sometimes.
- Smell. The bath towel and the air from the air conditioner had a bad smell.
- The water pressure on the 4th floor was not very strong.

The staff went out of their way to be sure everything was right. The room was clean and the ammenities were goid.

Overall, the experience is great. Very close to the Office and the staff are welcoming and kind. One of the staff I found very welcoming are Prisca & Richard. They act quickly and provide crucial guidance. Overall, our stay was really good but I highly recommend that you improve the food service so that people get their food on time.

I would like to share my experience about central hotel. This is my second time staying in central hotel and I really appreciate the customer service. I truly recommend any one traveling to Accra to stay at central hotel. The staff are very comprehensive and reactive to clients complaints. Excellent customer service, very kind, always smiling to welcome clients.
The rooms are clean, Aircon working well, hot water in the bathroom, no bad smells, no mosquito, no bugs. The internet 🛜 is high speed ( even though there was a shortage) but dealt with quickly and th internet was back up within 5 minutes.
The gym fully equipped, the swimming pool clean.
The food is really good breakfast served on time and suffisant.

Very sad to give this hotel a two star review but, if you arrive at a hotel with a confirmed booking, it was hard to accept that they had double booked. I felt insulted to be asked to prove I had paid when I had a confirmed booking on paper ... I was not able to access my bank details but luckily they found that I had. Confirmed means that I have paid but they said otherwise. This double booking affected about 10 of our party.
The fact that they put us up in the apartments opposite was satisfactory but they put me on the top floor and there was no lift. I heard that the apartments were cheaper to rent but no compensation offered (one of our party booked the apartments directly). There were issues with electricity supply. On the positive side, there was a washing machine and a balcony. We ate breakfast in the hotel which was 100m away.
Breakfast was good but the usual problem of items being present one day but not the next (i.e pawpaw, pineapple etc.). No yogurt or bread other than processed white and croissants.
Staff, however, were friendly and helpful after the debacle of check in. All smiles when we left. Complimentary bus service to airport.

Friendly, Efficient, Kind, Helpful Staff. A unique feature at the hotel. Lovely rooms. With swimming pool. Serves a delicious breakfast. Great Location & very safe to walk about

Central is quiet. Clean. And the staff are very courteous, friendly and respectful. I enjoyed the service and hospitality which you hardly get in much bigger hotels. Antoinette and Seraphine at the reception are such lovely ladies. Made me feel welcome. Aboma always made my coffee with a smile. I’ll definitely be back.
