Het ontbijt was goed en zeer uitgebreid
De lokatie die Booking.com aangeeft klopt niet, hotel ligt 1,5 km van het centrum.
Service van de receptie medewerkers zeer matig.
Diner gebruikt in restaurant, medewerkers hadden meer aandacht voor elkaar. Kreeg voor- en hoofdgerecht tegelijk geserveerd, en bestelde drankje waren ze vergeten. Rijst en groente bij hoofdgerecht was niet vers.
Mocht ik ooit weer in Dumai komen kies ik een ander hotel.

Nice new room. Excellent shower. The staff was friendly and helpful both online and at the location. They arranged breakfast boxes for early departure. Very nice.
The rooms on the second floor are rather noisy because of an open connection to the lobby. They should make a door to keep the lobby noise out. Although it is not the hotel responsibility the taxi service that was arranged was terrible. We were overcharged and dropped of at the wrong ferry location after a 11 hour drive causing considerable problems. The driver was rude, made us pay upfront and left us. Did not care. Avoid taxi service Regar Mandiri at all cost.
Staff were very helpful and always available to answer questions.

Near to ferry terminal. The staff was very helpful even though we checked in a little bit late. I go with big family members and we get side by side room on the same floor.

The noise from the event held at the hotel on my last day. It was very loud. I could not sleep.

A good breakfast, clean and comfortable room, English speaking staff, nice hot shower, good range of TV channels. All very efficient and pleasant. A successful stay in a hotel a little bit distant from the town, but well placed for the ferry pier. I was impressed.
Everything was entirely to our satisfaction. No complaints at all.
