אורלי מהממת, דואגת להכל וממש מפנקת
Pros:

וואלה היה נהדר, החדר היה נקי, היה שפע של אוכל טעים נעים ומגוון. הצוות היה אדיר, נדיב ואורלי הייתה הכי מהממת שבעולם. אישה מהממת שהחיוך לא יורד לה מהפנים

פקידת הקבלה ושירות החדרים היו מצויינים ואדיבים
הצוות באופן כללי היה טוב

חלק מהאוכל בחדר האוכל היה ירוד,ירקות שצריך לזרוק,רסק העגבניות קנוי ולא מעגבניות טריות וכו' ,בשבת אין בכלל לחם חום משום סוג,אמרו לנו שבשת אין.
המנחה בערב של צוות הבידור נחמד אבל התוכן ברמה נמוכה מאוד ולא מתאים לרמה של מלון, למרות שהוא מצויין עם קהל
שירות החדרים לא ניקה בבוקר והיינו צריכים להתקשר

חופשה משפחתית ראשונה עם תינוקת יכולה להיות מאתגרת, במיוחד כשהיא לא חשה בטוב בדרך. לשמחתי, במלון לאונרדו קלאב קיבלו אותנו בחיוך גדול וביחס אנושי ומכיל מהרגע הראשון. בזמן ההמתנה לחדר דאגו לנו לשתייה, בר מפנק וארוחת צהריים, וכעבור זמן קצר קיבלנו חדר נקי, מרווח ומותאם לתינוקות, כולל מרפסת שקטה בדיוק כפי שביקשתי.
ואז הגיעו הפינוקים: בקבוק יין, פחזניות, פירות ומגשים מרהיבים — כאילו ידעו בדיוק מה יעשה לנו טוב.
אבל מעל הכול — אורלי שמנש. אישה עם לב ענק. דאגה לנו כמו אמא, הייתה קשובה, רגישה, עוזרת בכל דבר קטן וגדול. גם אלה מהבר הייתה מקסימה ופינקה בקוקטיילים טעימים.
כל הצוות היה פשוט תענוג: שירותי, נעים, מחייך — רמה בינלאומית.אין לי ספק שאחזור. שוב ושוב. תודה ענקית לכם.
