The full Scottish breakfast was to die for. So, so good.
The single room was at the top of building and some corners of the room required ducking to avoid hitting your head. This is a minor quibble. Overall the location has clearly recently been renovated. The employees were charming and efficient and made me feel very welcome. I strongly recommend this location.
Beautiful old building refurbished to high standard, rooms very spacious and very clean. Food was brilliant and breakfast cooked to order.

This hotel was great value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady running it and the freshly cooked breakfast to order was excellent. It’s a historic building so doesn’t have all mod cons but was perfect for us passing through Ellon on our cycle trip.

Family run and staff were excellent. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. Hotel is lively and a hub for the town nice to see a lovely community.
