Adequate for what we required and location could not have been better

Only twin rooms available, option of a double would be good. No Breakfast available.
Very inpersonal, did not see any staff.

Not quite as we had previously expected, but we still intend to book this site for future visits.
Pros:

Clean and Tidy.
The property has been updated since we last stayed there, but to my mind it has been not done to a high enough standard.

Cons:

We stayed in Room No 6. the shower wall panel was already showing signs of water dampness as was the shower tray.
If they had fitted better quality interlocking wall panels this could have been avoided and probably would give an extended life before having to do any further updating.
Also the left hand window (*viewed from inside) had dropped at some time and was letting in a cold wind.
Finally the simple breakfast that had previously been provided was no longer available.

Convenient hotel if you're staying for an event at Sandown Park.
Pros:

Perfectly located for an event at Sandown Park. Good amount of parking.

Cons:

Never saw a member of staff and were only given one card key on check in (via a key safe), making it very difficult for us to co-ordinate timings.
Bathroom in desperate need of modernisation.

Rubbish stay
Pros:

I have already written 2 reports so am not going to write another. Bed had springs poking through bathroom light flashed on and off and gave me a migraine. Toilet didn't flush properly. Please refund 50% of the money paid.
