Wonderful stay. Will come back next time
Pros:

Location is perfect next to the bus station and lift.
Comfortable room
Staffs are very kind
Breakfast is simple but really good: birchermüesli is best :)

Cons:

There’s no fridge in the room. But it’s not a problem

Es hat alles gepasst. Ich kann das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Wir waren total 16 Personen, wobei 7 einen Tag früher angereist sind. Netter Empfang, nettes Personal. Saubere Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Auf Sonderwünsche, wie z.B. früher Frühstück wurde gerne eingegangen. Alles TipTop.

Cons:

Da fällt mir gerade nichts ein. Das Restaurant bietet eher im höheren Preissegment Speisen an, die allenfalls nicht für Alle passen. Jedoch wurden wir, auch auf Hinweis und Empfehlung des Hotelpersonales, in Fussnähe fündig und haben dort wunderbar gespiesen. Danach im Hotel den Absacker noch genossen.

Was bleibt, sind die Menschen. Sie sind es, die den feinen Unterschied ausmachen. Die Hotelführung überzeugte durch eine seltene Mischung aus Charme, Wärme und aufrichtiger Gastfreundschaft.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und das Hotel möchte ich gerne weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut bis sehr gut. Das Frühstück war "normal", das heisst einfach in Ordnung und frisch. Allerdings war die Auswahl nicht so grossartig.

Cons:

Am Schluss musste ich noch die Kurtaxe und den Parkplatz (für 2 Nächte CHF 26) bezahlen und das hat mich irritiert. Ich denke, dass diese zusätzlichen Ausgaben im Zimmerpreis eingerechnet werden sollten.

- Sehr freundliche, kompetente sowie hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.
- Das Zimmer (Superior Doppelzimmer) ist geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet.
- Das Hotel liegt in Gehdistanz zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bergbahnen.
- Das Frühstücksbuffet bot ein reiche Auswahl an frischen sowie sehr leckeren Zutaten.
- Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen - unbedingt ein Superior Doppelzimmer buchen

Cons:

Das Hotel hätte m.E. eine (sanfte) Renovation dringend nötig, das Erscheinungsbild widerspiegelt den guten Service etc. in keiner Art und Weise
