Pros:

Amazing location and views. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All amenities close by (especially enjoyed the sauna!) friendly service from reception staff.

Cons:

Poor service in on-site restaurant. Very clearly understaffed for the dinner which resulted in long wait time (almost an hour wait), wrong food presented to us, and no service when asking for extras. The waiter did everything he could, but not enough staff for a decent level of service unfortunately (only 1 FOH). Was not offered any discount as an apology either.

Magnificent view - Great Breakfast - Needs a shuttle service in winter months
Pros:

Fabulous view right up the middle of the fiords from all rooms
Excellent included hot breakfast

Cons:

The walk along the boardwalk from where the ferry berths and the train station with large suitcases in winter with snow and ice can be challenging
Including a shuttle service would greatly improve the experience for travellers loaded for a long trip or older customers
