spectacular location with great food
Pros:

The location is spectacular, with a postcard view of the mountains from the balcony. It's a 10 minute walk to the Santa Magdalena church + an extra 15 minutes to the famous viewpoint and 2 short bus stops from the St John church. The staff are lovely and extremely accommodating, the breakfast and dinner are exceptional, the room has a tasteful minimal design with a great bed. I stayed for 6 nights at the beginning of October on a solo trip without a car, but with the complimentary DolomitiCard provided by the hotel I could easily get anywhere by bus (even to Seceda). It's a perfect place for either exploring the entire region or just watching the light change on the mountains from the balcony / the garden / walking on the hill trails in the smell of freshly cut grass and the sound of cow bells. Would love to return <3

Pros:

very cozy clean. Incredibly nice view and friendly staff. The dinner and breakfast were great many selections. Will definitely come back again if visit Dolomites again.

Cons:

as atraveller for more than 30 years, the prices of hotels on dolomites are higher and pricey. 4 stars hotel for acouple about 340 euro per night
