Byliśmy w tym hotelu już 3 razy. W zeszłym roku nowa pani - prezmiła urocza...Cały hotel lśni...w tym roku od rau postanowiliśmy znowu tam się zatrzymać...

gutes Frühstück, bequemes Bett, gute Zimmergrösse, angemessener Preis

Cons:

Haare auf dem Bettlaken, Bad gehört renoviert, Schimmel an der defekten Duschtrennwand, penetranter Chlorgeruch im Bad, es roch stärker nach Chlor als in einem Schwimmbad, Sauna wäre nur bis 20:00 nutzbar gewesen, hat sich somit für mich nicht gelohnt, diese Info habe ich bei meinem vorherigen Anruf nicht bekommen, die Dame am Telefon in der „Zentrale“ wusste nicht viel über das Hotel in Floß, z. B. musste sie erst nachfragen ob es überhaupt Frühstück gibt, und was eine kWh E-Auto Laden kostet konnte sie auch nur vermuten, Aussage „also hier kostet es 0,60€, ich gehe davon aus, dass es in Floß auch so ist“; btw. 0,60€/kWh ist völlig überteuert; nach 20:00 und in der Früh kein Personal anwesend

Personal top, Zimmer gemütlich.
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und immer präsent. Geräumiges und gemütliches Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber und mitten im Ort.

Es war ein schöner kurzer Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Empfang, sehr freundlich
WCe Dame, das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und sauber, beim Frühstück war alles reichlich vorhanden. Alles in allem haben wir uns recht wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

WC war für uns sehr niedrig und der Dusche auml etwas eng. Aber damit konnten wir auskommen.
