Our Villa One Bedroom was quite nice with additional extrabed. We love the big & warm water bathtub. Too bad the roo

Villa One Bedroom’s bathtub is big nice and clean.

Cons:

Villa is connected to the other bedroom, which was noisy at night during our sleep. The room next door checked in late and using the bathtub while kids jumped & screaming noisily. Even parents talked also very noisy.

Pros:

All about this Hotel sungguh sangat berkesan, view cantik, udara sejuk bikin betah, kamar nyaman, sarapan enak, dan anak2 juga dimanjakan dengan kolam renang air hangatnya. Menginap disini udh gk perlu keluar2 lagi, karena semua sudah tersedia ✨

Cons:

Mungkin ini masukkan saja, ads yg kurang dari aminities di kamar. Ntah memang tidak tersedia, atau memang lupa ditaro. yaitu Hand Soap, barang kecil namun jika tidak ada terasa kurang. Semoga menjadi perhatian pihak manajemen hotel, untuk penyediaan Hand Soap berbentuk batang pun walau cuma 1 tak apa. Namun ini tdk ada sama sekali. Terimakasih

Tdk efisien, dan bising.
Pros:

Tempatnya mewah, restonya harganya reasonable, kolamnya asik utk anak

Cons:

Tergantung tipe kamarnya, tempat cek innya beda, seharusnya dari mula sudah ada papan petunjuk, misalnya tipe suite di sana, sini. Atau satpamnya aktif bertanya, seperti satpam BCA. Saya ngantri cek in 10 menit di lobi depan, ternyata setelah dicek tipe kamar saya seharusnya cek in di gedung blkg. Tdk efisien.

Dan, kamar saya menghadap kebun penduduk blkg, pas lagi ada pembangunan, pagi2 jam 7 pagi sudah ribut mesin potong pohon, on off ribut terus sampai jam 12. Saya sampai terbangun, dan tdk nyaman sekali. Pihak hotel sdh tahu ada pembangunan, saya tahu hotel itu profit oriented, tapi kalau ada yg mengganggu kenyamanan begini, tolong kamar menghadap kebun penduduk dipindah ke kamar yg menghadap gunung, mungkin kamar menghadap gunung lbh mahal, tapi sungguh tdk nyaman sepagian dng bunyi mesin potong pohon.
