Beim Check-in war ein früherer Einzug kostenlos möglich, und ich habe unerwartet ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat alle Anliegen schnell erledigt.
Der Wäscheservice war zügig und preiswert (mittags abgegeben, nachmittags wieder da.)
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, mit guter Auswahl und frischen Produkten. Es gab auf Wunsch sogar Sucuk mit Eiern.

Lage:
Der Hauptbahnhof ist gerade einmal 2 Kilometer vom Hotel entfernt

Уже несколько раз побывал здесь, очень приятное впечатление от отеля. С первых минут чувствуется внимательное отношение персонала к гостю и профессиональный подход к управлению отелем (не везде можно встретить такую композицию) — всё работает чётко и слаженно,. В номерах идеальная чистота, завтрак разнообразный и очень качественный (это редкость в отелях Гянджи), ресторан приятно удивил вкусом и подачей блюд. Отель, где действительно заботятся о гостях и деталях.

Otelə daxil olarkən otaq nömrəsini təqdim edən Reseption üzvlərinin yaratdığı ilk təsüratdan etibarən ,hər bir işçinin diqqəti, hər müştəriyə xüsusi qayğısı bir sözlə mükəmməl idarəetmə var idi .Gülərüz və mehriban personal istirahəti daha da gözəlləşdirirdi.. Restoranda yeməklərin dadı, xüsusilə 24 saat işləməsi əla idi. Restoranda qulluq edən Fərid və İsrail bəyin səmimi və isti münasibəti, peşəkar adiministratorun da xoş mümasibəti heç nəyin təsadüf olmadığını və komanda işinin əsas prioritetinin sadəcə yüksək səviyyədə qonaqlara qulluq etmək olduğunun bariz nümunəsi idi. Hər şey ən yüksək səviyyədə yerinə yetirilirdi. Premium Hotel Ganja komandası Gəncə şəhərinə səyahət etmək üçün daha bir səbəb yaratdı. 🙏🏻❤️

Pros:

Я часто приезжаю в Гянджу по работе и останавливался во многих отелях. Но с тех пор, как остановился в «Премиум», у меня даже мыслей не возникает искать что-то другое.
Здесь чисто, уютно, чувствуешь себя как дома… только дома у меня нет такого сервиса 😀
Отдельное спасибо всему персоналу — всегда внимательные и доброжелательные, это сразу чувствуется.
Еда вкусная, расположение удобное. Я уже тут как родной, часто бываю и каждый раз ухожу довольный. Спасибо вам, «Премиум»!
