I decided to go to this hotel, because it was in a good location and had a great view over the main square.
Check-in was easy, and the gentleman was very helpful on reception. However, when I got to my room, all was not well.
The room itself was absolutely filthy. Both of the rugs were stained and un-hoovered, no mattress protectors on the beds and there was a cockroach happily sitting on the wall. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. The extractor fan was thick with dust, the shower drain and floor drain were both full of hair, and I would certainly not feel happy putting my bare feet anywhere near the floor. The air-conditioner was also caked in dust, with the television remote smeared with some foodstuff.
This is the first time I have ever refused to stay at a hotel and I therefore requested a refund which I duly got. I was first escorted to a different room, which was slightly better - although my mind was made up at this point. The gentleman on reception did do his best to help, but clearly management has not been monitoring the work of the cleaners. Stay well clear.
… the fact that they also have a restaurant attached, fills me with dread. I would not want to know the state of cleanliness in those kitchens!

The location is perfect, for one night is okay. They did not let us to pay by card and the man at the reception didn’t speak a single word in English or even Russian. The restaurant is really nice, the food is amazing, the staff was really friendly but everything took too much time to arrive

I like the location which was in the heart of the city. Most places of historic importance were close enough to reach.
I also like the breakfast and restaurant of the hotel.
Water quality maybe. And slippers to walk in the room. There were rubber slipper for bathroom. It would be nice to provide the guests with slippers.
It is in the city center, everything you are looking for in Ganja is within walking distance. I think, especially for business trips it is a very suitable place
