Horrible place. Very noisy and very rude people are running this place.

Cons:

As other reviews already mentioned you hear everything. When people talk on the floor or in their rooms it is as if they would stand next to you in your room. The noise of the toilet flush of the shared toilets make you jump out of your bed and the trains are very disturbing as well. I realised after half an hour that I will not get a night sleep. I had booked two nights but decided to change the hotel and talk to the owner about a solution. Maybe meet somewhere in the middle with the payment. Since the owner does not live there I could only communicate via booking. The phone number with which they called me before was not working. Their answer was simply: “what you are saying is not true.” That’s it. When I tried to reach out again the reply was: “ 1, ah ah ah ah ah”. Which I interpret as them laughing at me? I asked booking to help me with further communication with the owners but they never replied to them.

Da salvare solo la posizione, prossima alla stazione Brignole

Cons:

Troppi rumori e urla, impossibile riposare: scattano allarmi in continuazione e a partire dalle ore 8 vieni puntualmente svegliato dal personale e dai clienti che fanno il check out. Ci vogliono delle camere insonorizzate. Stanza piccola e angusta, senza aria condizionata. Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato. La struttura in generale necessita di ristrutturazione, e invece dei codici per accedere vengono fornite delle scomode chiavi

Cons:

Camere molto vecchie e poco pulite, polvere ovunque. Il bagno minuscolo, difficile anche sedersi sul water, mancanza del bidet.

Albergo sulla carta, meglio dire B&B, simpatici ma un po’ scomodo.
Pros:

Lo staff incredibilmente simpatici, super disponibili e pronti a risolvere ogni problema.

Cons:

Avrei preferito sapere prima, magari tramite foto, le dimensioni esigue del bagno, senza scarico (è presente il sani-trit che emette cattivo odore ed è rumoroso).
Assente anche l’aria condizionata, sarebbe stato comodo avere almeno le zanzariere per poter tenere la finestra aperta per fare entrare un po’ d’aria, invece siamo morti di caldo.
