Was super reasonable. The reception was really friendly.
I liked that the room was large and had a balcony, even if the balcony was facing another building, but when you stretched you could see the harbour on the left.
I also appreciated that the bed had Western style sheet. However, sadly for me, the mattress was Asian style, ie rock hard.
I was drawn in by the 50% discount, (about 55k instead of 100k) but I should have guessed that there was a catch... the bathroom! Still, for 50k I expect a reasonable cleanliness!
What I didn't like was that the bathroom was dirty. All the joints around the bathtub and toilets were beyond mouldy. And the bath was not clean, there was residue of the previous person's bath on the bottom and on the sides. Also, it didn't drain much, it was clogged up. And the air con from the bedroom was dripping directly onto the floor of the bathroom. There was a sign to warn of slippery floor but no floor mat to lay on the floor, and as the korean towels are traditionally very small, you can't afford to spare one for the floor. And the shower curtain was too short, so more water leaking onto the floor...
Finally, after I cleaned the bathtub myself I was looking forward to a massage bath, but it wasn't working.
Honestly, I am not fussy, but I wouldn't bring guests in my home if my bathroom was in that state, let alone making them pay!
I arrived late in the evening after a full day trek and was only staying for one night so I didn't have the energy to argue and try to get another room. They might all be like that anyways.
Also it's worth noting for foreign tourists that the reception is not manned 24/7. There is a local phone number to call, which may be unpractical if you can't make korean calls from your phone.
Didn’t eat breakfast.
Maybe a little warmer in the room
The location in the city was good, many restaurants and shops.
The room and bed was good.
The room was very dark, because the wall of an adjacent hotel was at three meters distance from the rooms.
No service at the reception, during my three days stay, nobody available at the reception, Communication only by telephone.
Room was cold, no proper heating.
No breakfast.
