Zeer onprofessionele afhandeling achteraf

Onze ervaring met het hotel is volledig overschaduwd door de afhandeling achteraf. Nadat ik schade aan onze auto meldde en foto's stuurde van de parkeerplaats, de plantenbak en de schade, werd ik door de hotelmanager per e-mail letterlijk beschuldigd van “oplichting”. Er werd beweerd dat ik de schade ergens anders zou hebben veroorzaakt en er werd gedreigd met politie, proces-verbaal en rechtsbijstand. Een verschil van mening over aansprakelijkheid is één ding, maar een gast op deze manier beschuldigen vind ik zeer onprofessioneel en heeft onze hele ervaring met dit hotel verpest.

Schönes Zimmer in guter Lage
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Komfortzimmer gebucht und war mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Es war angenehm groß und mit einer eigenen Sauna, einem Massagesessel sowie einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Aufgrund der über 38 Grad an diesem Tag habe ich die Sauna zwar nicht genutzt, dafür war die vorhandene Klimaanlage umso angenehmer.

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich habe mich im Zimmer sehr wohlgefühlt und würde gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Sehr enges Treppenhaus mit schmalen stufen. Lässt sich aber nur sehr kostenaufwendig umbauen.

Mom and Pop run Budget motel .

Location - only pro ( 5 min walk from station)
If u have to take an early morng train.

Cons:

Too close to the station. Could hear the trains ( too loud). No AC in the room. Was too hot. Opened window - lots of mosquitoes. Arms and legs were filled with mosquitoes bites next day. Did not take breakfast , but saw what was served. Very few items. Disappointing for 14.50 Euros per person.
Basic motel amenities. No coffee machine or hot water kettle in the room.
