Ottima colazione con prodotti fatti in casa, ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. I proprietari sempre gentili e disponibili ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Ottima esperienza!!!

Die Lage ist in einem Stadtteil mit einer wunderbaren Meerpromenade. Auch der Bahnhof ist ganz nah. Das Frühstück war sehr fein. Ich durfte mir eine tolle Omelette bestellen und es standen immer frische, hausgemachte Tortenmeisterwerke bereit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben auch stets gute Vorschläge für Ausflüge oder Restauranttipps bereit. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl! Herzlichen Dank

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub gemacht und alles hat für uns wirklich gut gepasst. Die Lage war super, weil sowohl zentral als auch ruhig. Restaurants und Läden sind gleich in der Nähe und der kostenlose Parkplatz war durchaus ein Vorteil. Das Zimmer war schön und geschmackvoll.
Das Hotel ist liebevoll geführt. Wir bekamen hilfreiche Tipps, was sehr hilfreich ist, wenn man kurz an einem Ort ist. Das Frühstück war auch super!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Sehr ruhige Lage (privat Strasse) und logistisch ideal ob man zu Fuss, mit dem Zug oder Bus reisen will. Viele Bars und Cafes, Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist praktisch eingerichtet, gute Dusche. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Zum Frühstuck gab es jeden Tag viele verschiedene frische Kuchen (italienische Tradition), Jogurt, Käse, Aufschnitt, frische Früchte. Es war reichlich. Man hat immer Kontakt zu den Besitzern. Am ersten Tag sind wir gegen Abend eingereist. Die Besitzerin hat uns ein Restaurant empfohlen und gleich einen Tisch für uns reserviert. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

This was our second time staying at Locanda Villa Moderna, Seloua and Matteo are wonderful hosts, exceptional made to order breakfast and Seloua, bake goods are amazing. Great location and accommodations, helpful suggestions on the local scene. 7 minute walk from the train station.

Das kleine Hotel ist zentral gelegen, man erreicht die Bahnstation in 7 min zu Fuß. In 10 min ist man an einer Badebucht, in der man Liegen und Sonnenschirm mieten kann, außerdem auch super essen kann. Mit der Bahn kann man günstig ins Stadtzentrum von Genua fahren.
Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, werden jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer, die Hotelbetreiber (ein junges Ehepaar) kümmert sich so rührig, man füllt sich wie zu Hause. Es wird jeden Tag ein frischer Kuchen gebacken, diese sind alle super lecker! Es gibt selbstgebackenes Brot, Schinken, Käse und Omlette nach Wunsch. Ansonsten werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Kaffee, Cappuccino….Man kann am Abend im Garten sitzen oder drinnen. Das Ehepaar gibt gern Tips zum Essen gehen, die wir fast alle ausprobiert haben und sehr weiterempfehlen können. Auch für andere Ausflugsziele geben sie gern Tips und Hinweise. Sie sprechen perfekt Englisch, was die Verständigung leicht macht.

Petit hôtel charmant idéalement situé comme point de départ pour visiter la côte ligurienne. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel composé de délicieux gâteaux confectionnés par Seloua, varié et délicieux. Le service est fantastique et Seloua et Matteo sont des hôtes exceptionnels délivrant des conseils judicieux. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dans cet hôtel. Les chambres étaient très confortables avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour tranquille. Situation géographique au calme. La promenade Garibaldi est géniale, la vue y est superbe et est un argument supplémentaire pour le choix de cet hôtel. Genova est à 16 min en train et les 5 terres facilement accessibles en train. Le promontoire Portofino est paradisiaque et proche de l'hôtel en train et en bateau.

I’m honestly lacking words to describe what a pleasure it was to stay at the Locanda Villa Moderna. It was the first time I was spending holidays alone and so i was hoping for a small location which feels cozy. This was honestly perfect. Also would totally recommend this to couples.
The owners are so incredibly friendly, from giving tipps for food spots, places to go and things to do to taking care of special wishes like oat milk for my coffee. Seloua and Mattheo are really two of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. The breakfast was incredible, from the really really great cakes to fresh made omelette and cereals with fruit and yoghurt, there was nothing missing. The rooms are perfectly clean every single day. I am so grateful to have found such a great and heartfelt place - thank you so much!

Me and my husband had a fantastic stay at Locanda Villa Moderna recently. The owners were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Particularly, we loved the suggestions she gave us for what to do in the area and where to eat, we followed all her recommendations and were not disappointed!
The villa Locanda moderna is in a fanstastic locaton, a really nice neighbourhood, close to the train station and the sea and parks in the area, with easy access to Genova and the surrounding area.
Lastly, the food was beautiful, the host baked amazing cakes and was very generous, she couldn't have done more for us. We will definitely come back to stay here again as we loved it and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Nervi!

Posizione e parcheggo

L'accueil des hôtes, leur gentillesse et générosité et leur grande disponibilité. Le logement en lui même, literie très confortable et grande propreté. La possibilité de laisser la voiture dans un parking privé et sécurisé gratuit ! Ensuite on peut faire une grande balade en bord de mer à pied ou bien prendre le train ou le bus qui se trouve à côté de l'hôtel pour visiter la région, tout est très facile d'accès. Et puis lorsque vous aurez goûté les gâteaux faits chaque jour par Selena notre hôte pour le petit déjeuner, vous n'aurez qu'une envie , c'est de revenir très bientôt !

We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast. The rooms were spotlessly clean and simply furnished. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away, which made it perfect for relaxing days by the water.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready with excellent culinary tips and great recommendations for day trips in the area. Breakfast was a real highlight, anyone with a sweet tooth will be delighted! Each morning, up to six different homemade cakes were served, and every one of them was delicious (especially the lemon cake).

We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again.
