Prima voor een nacht als je op doorreis bent.
Pros:

Locatie was voor een doorreis prima.

Cons:

Helaas geen arco en een kamer aan de voorkant was aan een drukke weg wat best lawaai gaf zeker met de ramen open.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im al portico genossen, besonders das Abendessen im Garten!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist mit dem ÖV gut erreichbar (Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof und Schiff). Das Strandbad von Gerra ist sehr nahe. Das Wandern auf dieser Seeseite war interessant ( schattige Aufstiege!) Zum Frühstück ist alles auf unserem Tisch schön parat gestanden, zum Abendessen wurde uns jedes Mal ein feines Essen angeboten (Vorspeise und Hauptgang). Der freundliche Chef serviert selbst.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer an der Hauptstrasse gebucht. Wenn man das Fenster beim Schlafen offen haben will, ist es doch sehr laut. Es hätte aber einen Ventilator und Fensterläden.

In Ordnung für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp!
Pros:

Gute Lage, 5 Min zu Fuß zum Strand am See. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit, vor allem bei der Parkplatzsuche.

Cons:

Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sauber. Leider keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur war es vor lauter Hitze leider kaum möglich, zu schlafen.

Nicht zu empfehlen, Gastgeber hält sich nicht an feste Buchungen.
Cons:

Wir hatten am 11. April 2025 ein Zimmer für eine Nacht direkt am See gebucht. Einen Tag vorher, wir waren schon unterwegs, erhielten wir eine Nachricht in italienischer Sprache. Am Tag der Anreise dann die telefonische Absage, dass das Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung steht. Auch wenn wir nicht damit einverstanden waren, mussten wir stornieren. Es wurde für uns ein Zimmer hoch über dem See als Alternative gebucht, etwa 10 qm groß ohne Bad und WC. Wir wurden als Gäste für nur eine Nacht einfach gegen andere Gäste ausgetauscht, die vermutlich länger blieben. Es war eine Unverschämtheit.

Kleines und feines Hotel am See
Pros:

Hübsches kleines Hotel mit Sicht auf den See. Leckeres Abendessen und sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Bett hatte auf jede Bewegung reagiert und schlafen war eher schwierig.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist nicht luxuriös aber gut und sauber.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist am Lido Gerra, direkt am See. Wunderbar.
Unser Gepäck konnten wir am Abreisetag problemlos in der Unterkunft deponieren.

Nach längerem diskutieren hat das Hotel die Preisdifferenz übernommen und mich an einen anderen Gastgeber im gleichen Ort verwiesen.

Cons:

Ich erhielt einen Tag nach der Buchung einen Anruf, dass das Hotel doch keine Verfügbarkeit hätte. Ich müsse entweder mehr bezahlen für ein teureres Zimmer oder aber wurden mir Zimmer bei anderen Hotels zum gleichen Preis aber in ganz anderen Ortschaften vorgeschlagen..

Pleasant stay near lake
Pros:

Lovely location near the lake with a restaurant to boot.

Cons:

Bit expensive but it is Switzerland. Our bed was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise all good.
Friendly owner. Bit of noise in corridors outside room but like most places, ear plugs do the trick.

Everything you need for your rest is there.
Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable bed, and blanket and towels were smelling nice with a parfum freshener. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Douche gel.
You can drink tea. I was worrying about comfort, but was even better I expected.

Cons:

A bit noisy from outside during the night from cars.
