Pros:

Great location and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The pillows were very soft which didn't suit my sleeping style.
The rooms were great but not very sound proof in as much as you can hear your fellow residents in their rooms through the walls.

Lage top, Zimmer im Erdgeschoß flop.
Pros:

Lage top, das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, welches sehr dunkel war. Das Fenster ließ sich öffnen, jedoch nicht kippen. Daher konnte man es nachts nicht öffnen, zu gefährlich. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr diffus. Z.B. gibt es in der Dusche keine Beleuchtung. Der Safe ist nur mit Taschenlampe benutzbar. Ein Unding. Das WLAN war äußerst schwach.

Overall good stay, but requested extra money to check-in earlier.
Pros:

The location was good, near the city center. The room was spacious and there were all the facilities.

Cons:

The main thing I didn't like is that check-in is from 3PM and if you want to check-in earlier you have to pay an extra 10€ per hour. After what you pay to stay there, it is ridiculous and unkind to ask for more money to enter the room earlier. Other hotels are usually kind enough to let you check in as soon as your room is ready.
Another thing I didn't like is the lighting. Good to create atmosphere, but claustrophobic after a while.

Zeer aan te raden hotel dichtbij het centrum van Gent - absolute aanrader!
Pros:

We vonden de kamer super proper, lag heel rustig. Ook heel dichtbij het centrum.
Iedereen was ontzettend behulpzaam, niets was hen te veel.
Echte aanrader!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets.... alles was tiptop in orde!

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment très bien. À côté du centre historique. Les chambres sont spacieuses arrière cours au calme.

Perfect centraal gelegen. Netjes, schoon, rustig. Paar verbetersuggesties.
Pros:

De locatie was perfect: heel rustig gelegen en toch super dichtbij het oude centrum. Kamer was schoon en onlangs vernieuwd. Ontbijt was ook goed.

Cons:

Wat we niet goed begrijpen is waarom de badkamer (+toilet) niet volledig afgesloten is van de slaapkamer. We hadden graag gezien dat de afscheidingswand tot het plafond doorliep. Mogelijk kan ook de riolering van de bovenliggende kamers beter worden geïsoleerd. De ventilatie op de kamer kan beter (het was 's nachts erg warm en we konden het niet verder afkoelen met de bediening op de kamer). De dekens waren daar bovenop ook nog erg warm.

Goed gelegen om Gent te bezoeken.
Pros:

De centrale ligging om de Gent te bezoeken. Zeer rustig gelegen met binnentuin. Ruime kamers met alle comfort!

Cons:

Het geluid van de ijzeren trap in de binnentuin stoorde. De airco werkte niet goed. De prijs van het ontbijt is toch wat veel in vergelijking met het aanbod. Alles is wel vers maar in vergelijking met andere hotels waar je zelfde betaalt, krijg je toch wat minder. Er mocht zeker meer zoetigheid zijn en meer aanbod kazen bijvoorbeeld.
