Pros:

Ideale locatie in hart van de stad. Mooie ruime kamer. Parkeergarage om de hoek.

Cons:

Slechte verlichting en kamer doet "iet wat koud aan". Maar locatie en hygiëne hebben dit ruimschoots gecompenseerd.
