Cockroaches in room, very strong odour in bathroom

Le quartier est très bruyant, la nuit du 31/12 au 01/01 y a été absolument cataclysmique, mais à la limite on peut s'y attendre. La personne de l'accueil aurait pu nous prévenir de l'ambiance du quartier (sachant qu'on l'a sollicitée pour le parking), qu'on ne gare pas la voiture en bas là où des dizaines de personnes ont fait explosé des pétards et des feux d'artifice toute la nuit, et explosé des bouteilles de vodka...

Ce qui est particulièrement inacceptable c'est l'odeur persistante de fumée de cigarette dans les couloirs et les chambres. Non seulement le quartier est bruyant, mais l'isolation phonique est très mauvaise, voire inexistante dans certaines chambres. Il y a de l'équipement, mais au moins un robinet est cassé et au moins une cafetière ne fonctionne pas.

Clou du spectacle : l'inondation d'une salle de bains et d'une chambre par de l'eau sale en provenance de l'évacuation d'une douche. Heureusement que nous n'étions pas partis quand c'est arrivé, sinon nos affaires auraient été fichues. Nous avons pu au moins changer de chambre, mais celle-ci était très mal insonorisée.

Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuit et n'avons passé qu'une nuit sur place.

es war nicht sauber, die Dusche total schimmelig und wir hatten Ungeziefer im Zimmer. Wenn ich eine alternative Unterkunft gefunden hätte, wäre ich sofort abgereist

De Hygiëne was slecht. Er was geen nachtportier. We hadden veel lawaaioverlast van de lift, waarvan de deur uit zichzelf de hele nacht open en dicht ging. Er ontbraken voorzieningen, zoals nachtkastjes, een handdoekhaak, een stoel+tafeltje.

Slight smell of cigarettes in the room, and check-in was a little tricky

Despite having reached out to me about the check-in time previously, once I arrived, there was no reception and we needed to call to have someone come and open the door for us, which took a few minutes. There was also only one key for the room, which was a bit annoying should we not be together the whole time.

The location is not nice and feels pretty sketchy, theres no reception so you just need to call a number on a door and wait outside for 15 mins for someone to show up. The aircon didnt work, the toilet flush was broken, there were no plugs in the sink or shower, and the shower leaks everywhere.

Everything was perfect

We arrived at the hotel, there was no front desk, no one to speak to just an open door (that never locked), and a bunch of corridors with key lockers, it'snot really an hotel as mentioned. There was only a phone number of mark at the door. We spent one full hour in the cold outside calling every number we could get on booking and the number of mark (the hotel holder) with no answer. At 5pm, after one hour, we saw an "employee of the boss" arriving and like everything is OK, just droping us the key saying that the boss is on holidays. This is not an hotel but more likely a low-end quality b'n b for the customer service part.
