Hotel z pięknym widokiem, przy plaży i promenadzie. Obsługa bardzo pomocna.

Pros:

Meilleure petit déjeuner pour variété et qualité des produits offertes. Chambres très grandes et propres. Lit très confortable

Cons:

Une certaine tolérance vers les fumeurs. Parfois on sentait la cigarette jusque dans la chambre. Les oreilles peut-être trop épaisses. Trop de monde dans l'espace relax. Il faudrait peut-être penser à une plage horaire pour les utilisateurs.

Freundlichkeit vom Personal, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Ich hatte es wegen den Pool gebucht und es wurde auch angepriesen, leider war der Pool gar nicht da ( fertig ) es gab keine Hafermilch oder Sojamilch , nichts für Veganer 🌱 das war zum kotzen 🤮 für ein 5 Sterne Hotel - ganz schlecht

Pros:

Absolute Spitzenklasse das Hotel. Leider wurde gebaut, aber wenn das fertig ist.

Everything was amazing location with direct access to the beach, spa services and cleanliness.

Not really worth 5* but not too bad
Pros:

- Rooms were spacious and very clean
- Maids did a very good job cleaning our room daily, taking out trash, replacing towels, toaleteries and water bottles. They were incredible fast and efficient
- Breakfast was huge and quite good
- People at the reception were nice. We were able to do an early check-in at no extra costs
- restaurant Fish&sea offering delicious sea food was 10 minutes away

Cons:

- Swimming pool was disgusting. There were children throwing ice cubes and lemon slices from refreshment station at each other as well as throwing drinking water in the pool so it was full of plastic cups. Not really a great place to relax.
- the hotel wasn't full but it took ages to get an elevator. I guess in high season it could be better to take the stairs
- the hotel restaurant is overpriced with mediocre food and bad service
- we had some security issues (our room cards could open any room in hotel) which is pretty risky but staff resolved the problem fast
- right on the beach but on a really touristic part. There are similar hotels at better locations for everyone wanting a bit more authentic experience.

Pros:

Superbe emplacement en bord de mer . Il y avait des travaux sur les deux piscines extérieures qui vont être à mon avis très belles une fois finies pour cet été . Le spa est génial . Massages par des pros, j’ai adoré ! Et le buffet du petit déjeuner était énorme avec un très grand choix de produits .

Cons:

Ça reste un peu coûteux pour l’Albanie mais pour des français c’est du luxe à un prix très raisonnable.
