Pros:

The property was clean, transportation is easily accessible, the lady that attended to us during the day was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

I won’t recommend this hotel to people of colour. I won’t consider going back to this hotel. The way everyone stared at us, made us feel so uncomfortable. The environment was so crowded, going to the beach felt so uncomfortable. We couldn’t even go to the pool because of how people stared at us like we were outcasts, it was that bad. I had to check out before our check out date because I couldn’t bear the judgy look. The staffs at the À la carte restaurant were so rude. As a person of color, I won’t consider going back to this hotel.

Pros:

Personale super accogliente e gentile. Ristorante interno ottimo con piatti tradizionali ed Italiani. La SPA ben fornita e rilassante. Ottima la colazione. Camere silenziose e spaziose con letti comodi. Hotel top.

La suite avait une très grande terrasse sur le toit de l’hôtel très appréciable. Le lit était vraiment grand et la literie confortable. Salle de bain un peu petite . Propreté niquel rien à dire . Parking privé gratuit et très pratique avec vidéosurveillance bien que l’Albanie soit un pays très safe . Très belle vue depuis notre terrasse , et nous avons pu profiter de magnifique couchers de soleils, je vous partage quelques clichés que vous puissiez vous projeter aussi

Je ne trouve pas le rapport qualité prix au rdv. Malheureusement cet hôtel ne mérite pas le standing du 5 étoiles. Il en a a peine 3… c’est dommage .
Le personnel n’est pas le plus friendly de l’albanie… petit dej très moyen pour le prix de la chambre… café pas bon. la piscine du rdc est bondée de monde à partir de 10h , trop petite pour un resort de cette taille, alors qu’elle vient d’être inaugurée, je ne comprends pas qu’il ne l’ai pas construite plus grande…. L’hôtel est ouvert aux personnes extérieurs à l’hôtel ce qui explique cela. Heureusement qu’il y avait la piscine sur le rooftop pour plus de calme et de tranquillité. Je pense que si vous n’êtes pas une famille avec enfant cet hôtel n’est pas fait pour vous. Vous ne trouverez pas le calme et la sérénité que vous recherchez en vacances. De plus, la plage n’est vraiment pas belle l’eau est trouble ça ne donne pas envie de s’y baigner, on est loin des eaux du sud de l’Albanie.

Wonderful Seaside Stay with Stunning Sunsets 🌅
Pros:

We had a great stay at Klajdi Resort. The premium room was comfortable and modern, with a beautiful sea view and stunning sunsets from the balcony.

The staff were attentive, welcoming, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit provided on arrival, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning. The beach facilities were also very good, with a clean, well-maintained beach and comfortable sunbeds.

A wonderful place to relax by the sea, and we would happily recommend it.

Cons:

Charged extra for putting some onions on veg pizza without informing in advance. Rest was all good.

The overall experience was disappointing because of loud music, bad food, dirty sea and poor service
Pros:

I liked the view from the room, the apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The outside pool was nice and the kids spent some time enjoying it.

Cons:

I didn't like the loud music that was on until 1 am, literally music like you were in a tavern, no program for people from other countries or for children, only music for people from Albania, I didn't like the food, the sea was dirty and smelled of oil and feces. I didn't like the spa, and I especially didn't like that there was no one to welcome us and help with the suitcases!
