התארחתי בספא של מלון פנינה בכרמל בחיפה והחוויה הייתה פשוט נהדרת. המקום נקי, מטופח ונעים מאוד, עם אווירה רגועה שמאפשרת באמת להתנתק ולהירגע. מתקני הספא ברמה גבוהה, והכול מתנהל בצורה מסודרת ונעימה לאורחים.

חשוב לי במיוחד לציין את השירות – הצוות היה אדיב, מקצועי וקשוב לכל בקשה, מה שהוסיף המון לחוויה הכוללת. בסוף הביקור יוצאים עם תחושת רוגע וסיפוק אמיתי.

ולסיום, מילה טובה במיוחד לצוות – שירות מעולה מכל הלב, ובפרט לאיילת, אישה מקסימה, נעימה ושירותית מאוד, שתרמה רבות לאווירה הטובה ולחוויה החיובית במקום.

מקום מקסים, ממש כשמו כן הוא - פנינה בעיר.
הגענו ללילה אחד לחגוג את השחרור. המקום נעים ושליו, במרחק הליכה מבתי קפה ברים ומסעדות. ארוחת הבוקר בלנדוור נהדרת ומפנקת :)
במתחם פינות ישיבה, פינת קפה, ג׳קוזי נהדר ואפילו סאונה. הצוות היה מקסים ושירותי מאד

Cons:

הג׳קוזי והסאונה נסגרים בשעה יחסית מוקדמת בערב ואין חניה מסודרת באיזור - רק פנגו

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at facility and would come back again.
Pros:

the facilities were magnificent. The options of activities was excellent from jacuzzi to spa. It was first class.

Cons:

Not having out complementary breakfast at the hotel was a bit disappointing. Although the establishment was only 5 minutes a way walking distance, we would have rather had our breakfast in the outside patio of the hotel.

הצוות מקסים ומאיר פנים וגם ארוחת הבוקר בבית קפה " מנדרין" שווה ביותר.
