A wonderful stay
Pros:

Very friendly honest service. Picked us up from the airport, advised us where to eat. Comfortable air conditioned rooms with unsuit bathrooms. Would not hesitate to return. Very good value and great welcome to an amazing city.

Hotel near Noi Bai Airport.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. The family was so nice and helpful.
The hotel was near the airport for my flight. Taking a Grab car there was easy and inexpensive.
You can order breakfast there and adjust the menu to your preferences if you want, and pay accordingly.

Cons:

There was no elevator. My room was on the 4th floor. Thankfully, they helped carry my bag up.
I thought I had gotten an ensuite, but the toilet was outside of the room. I did have the toilet to myself, and it was clean, so there was no issue.
The window faces the corridor to the toilet.

I couldn’t find the exact location aa there is a different adres on here and google. In agreement we Cancelled my booking after walking in around midnight and seeing that the room was not really clean.

Pros:

We landed in Hanoi at 00:00, so this was the perfect place to stay, as it was so close to the airport. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfy. Would recommend to anyone.

Fair for the cheap price
Pros:

Staff was nice and the hotel is well located

Cons:

Isolation was bed, we could hear the guy next door talking on the phone all night. There was stinky left over good in the minibar, we accidentally opened it and the whole room was smelly

Close to the airport.

Cons:

The hotel has 2 different names so the shuttle we booked to pick us up couldn't find it. Roma is not the real name of the hotel. They are under 2 names on Booking.
The food was very expensive for a not so good meal.
Price for pick up at the airport is also a bit expensive compared to the distance.
