BS rating. I paid 325K VND. At 250K it might be 6.5. The owner is letting the place deteriorate!!!
Pros:

Not much really. The front desk were amiable.

Cons:

Tired, unmaintained rooms and furniture. Stains on everything, broken furniture, uncomfortable old spring coiled mattress, lot's of dirt and dust in the corners and crevices. Flies and ants.

Pros:

The rooms are a bit old now, but the staff are very nice, there's safe motorcycle parking. A good place to stay if you're not interested in being near the tourist area.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.It's a good value place for Ha Noi.
