Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

All the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the location was perfect for visiting the hustle and bustle of Hanoi old town

Cons:

The hotel is a little run down and would benefit from being re-painted in both the common areas and rooms

Отель расположен в центре города. Пешая доступность до озера, автобуса.
Персонал любезно поменял номер выше этажом. Жить на 2-3 этаже НЕРЕАЛЬНО.

Англоговорящий персонал помогал с советами.

Cons:

1. Отель расположен в центре рынка, в субботу и воскресенье внизу творится просто адский ад. Все едят до позднего часа, музыка орёт.
Очень шумно ночью.

2. Отель по фото выглядел свежим, красивым, с дизайнерскими штуками. В реале, Отель уставший, стоит освежить стены, полотенца, почистить кондиционеры...

Вообщем, серые грустные стены.

Pros:

Right in the centre of the Old Quarter. Staff were very helpful, storing luggage for a couple of days while we go to Ha Long Bay. Very lively nightlife around the hotel but the room was surprisingly quiet.

Cons:

Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Gutes Hotel für Leute die direkt mitten in der Partymeile wohnen wollen

Lage mitten in der lauten, quirligen Altstadt. Frühstück war ok. Zimmer war schön aber eher eng

Cons:

Zu hohen Gebühren für Kreditkartenzahlung, Am Anfang ist das Hotel nur sehr schwer zu finden, auch wenn man nur 50 m davon entfert steht. Vor allem Abends ist es auf den Strassen vor dem Hotel extrem voll. Der angegebene Fittnessraum existiert in dem Hotel nicht. Man muss 600 m zu einem Partnerhotel laufen.
