We really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Center Silk Hotel & Travel! The location is fantastic, with street food vendors right at our doorstep in the evening—perfect for enjoying the local atmosphere and trying delicious Vietnamese food. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a great size.

A special thank you to Jack and Noel for being so kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. They made our time in Hanoi extra special and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel—we’d happily stay again! ❤️

A great stay and great value for money
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, lots of food spots around and easy to walk places. There were lots of day trips you could organise from here. The rooms were nice and the staff were lovely.

From the moment I booked the hotel was in contact answering all my questions on arrival I was meet by front of house manager who welcomed us with such polite manner and gave us full low down on the area and even arranged my SIM card . Throw out my stay all the staff where so wonderful and I would definitely come back again just to see the staff the spa next door a must try for foot massage

Silent room and comfortable sleep

The room we had (313) was completely silent despite being in an area of the city that is very loud. Also Jay at the front desk went above and beyond and was very helpful
