Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, L'hôtel est très jolie, propre et le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins... j'avais un problème avec le taxi qui devait m'emmener à l'aéroport et le jeune homme qui s'appele "vet ou viet " désolée je ne sais pas comment ça s'écrit, il a appeler mon driver avec son téléphone vraiment il m'a bien aider. Un grand merci pour tout aussi au manager une perle. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir.

Next to Pub St
Pros:

Location is right beside ‘beer st’ and the rooms we booked were at the front of the hotel where there is loud music till 3am every night. The staff kindly identified rooms at the rear of the hotel and we didn’t hear any of the pub / club noise, which was really helpful. Nice sized rooms

Cons:

Decor is a bit dated and could do with a revamp (mainly painting etc)

Was niet zo mooi als op de foto’s. Was meer gedateerd. Badkamer niet erg fris (schimmel vorming). Nadeel was dat we rond 6.30u daar waren met kinderen. Een tijdelijke kamer voor 4u kostte volle dagprijs. Hiervoor kregen we een mindere kamer maar betaalde hetzelfde als onze uiteindelijke kamer.

Pros:

Really good location. Walking proximity to main sights in Hanoi. Good tour info and support. The hotel is located on a street with bars so can be loud and lively in the evening but there was no noise in my room.

A great central stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Really exceptional care from the staff! And the hotel is right in the centre of it all. Very fun and buzzy!

Cons:

It is a little loud in the rooms facing the street - not a problem for us but if you're a light sleeper you might struggle. However the staff offered earplugs so that's always an option!
