La passion hotel is located at the heart of Hanoi old quarter. The hotel itself has amazing decoration and a walking distnace to most attractions, cafes and restuarants.. Once we arrived the staff greeted us with smiles and arranged everthing very quick. I would like to thank Roza, Bella and Tony for making our stay comfortable and free of hassle. Adding to that, you can leave your luggage at the hotel's locker if you want to go Sapa and its free of charge. We left ours for three days and then Roza arranged a van to transport our luggages to the other hotle we stayed in at Hanoi. If I come to Hanoi again, definitely, I will book at La Passion hotel l.

Pros:

Great location in Old Quarter.. Excellent and friendly staff.

Cons:

The room size was a bit smaller than advertised in pictures. But overall the hotel vibe was good and the central location helped us get around.

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, and the night shift bellmen are extremely pleasant (I don't remember his name!). I highly appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms!

كانت إقامة رائعة جدًا، وقد أحببنا الفندق كثيرًا. الفندق صغير وأنيق، والديكورات جميلة وراقية. حجزنا ثلاث غرف، وكان لكل غرفة تصميم مختلف، مما أضفى طابعًا مميزًا على الإقامة.

الغرف نظيفة ومريحة، ولم نعانِ من أي إزعاج طوال فترة إقامتنا. موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من العديد من الأماكن السياحية، مما جعل التنقل سهلًا.

الفطور كان جيدًا إلى حد ما، لكننا نتمنى إضافة المزيد من الخيارات العالمية، وخاصة الأطعمة المناسبة للمسلمين والعرب.

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this hotel. It is a small, elegant hotel with beautiful and stylish interiors. We booked three rooms, and each room had a slightly different design, which made the experience even more unique and enjoyable.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very quiet, allowing us to relax throughout our stay. The location is excellent and close to many attractions, making it easy to get around.

The breakfast was fairly good, but we hope the hotel will add more international options, especially meals suitable for Muslims and Arab guests.

The best part of our stay was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We would especially like to thank Sara, Rosa, and Tom for their warm hospitality and kindness. You made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Pros:

飯店位置很方便，走出去十分熱鬧，也很快就可以到景點。
早餐也好吃，很多樣選擇，一定要點他們的河粉來吃看看。
房間漂亮，雖然不是到太大，但兩個行李箱打開沒有問題。

Cons:

房間空調可能是通風管不太乾淨，睡覺起來喉嚨癢癢的會想咳嗽。
服務人員的態度很好，但在一樓大廳聊天的聲音實在太大了。
