Pros:

It was fine, a bit on the small side but very central and receptionists v friendly.

Cons:

The room was a bit small. The massage I got at the hotel wasn’t the best, but it was convenient. Also unclear if I should have booked my overnight cruise to the nearby islands from the hotel, it may have been overpriced a bit it was also convenient. All in it was fine.

Pros:

旧市街を中心に観光を楽しむ拠点として立地は最高といえます。ホテル前の道路はタクシーが待機しやすく、Grabのドライバーが迷うこともありませんでした。繁華街のエリアなので、数分歩けばネイルサロン、マッサージ、おしゃれなカフェ、バインミーや麺類の専門店、レストラン、バーなど早朝深夜に出かけても楽しめるお店が揃っています。暑い時期だったこともあり、部屋でシャワーを浴びてから時間を気にせず気軽にかけられる立地は、欲張って遊びたい自分にとって非常に大きなメリットでした。

お部屋のインテリアは今どきなデザインで素敵でしたが、一部の設備にメンテナンス不足を感じる部分もありました。ただ、スタッフに伝えるとすぐに対応してくれたのは良かったです。
予約したのはバスタブのないお部屋でしたが、シャワーの湯量と温度は十分でした。

最後に、滞在をサポートしてくれたBellaさん、Rosaさん、Sonさんに心から感謝します。ハノイを再訪する際は、またぜひ利用したいです。

Cons:

ホテルの部屋からの眺望はあまり期待できません。また夜遅く、そして早朝から外は騒がしいです。もし景色の良さや静かな環境を重視するなら、別のホテルを検討することをお勧めします。

朝食は一般的なメニューが並んでおり不満はありませんが、立地的に周辺にも朝食を楽しめる魅力的なお店がたくさんあります。あえて外で食べることを選択肢に入れても良いと思います。

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very pleasant.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Rose, Bella, and Tom. They were always accommodating, helpful, and happy to assist with anything we needed, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only minor downside was the breakfast, which had a limited selection and could offer more variety.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind. A special thank you to Sarah Bella and Tony, who made our stay unforgettable. They surprised us by decorating our room for my husband's birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They were always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer all our questions. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

這次來有特別安排家人慶生驚喜，過程中很積極溝通，也幫忙依照需求準備了很可愛的蛋糕～

房間很乾淨，而且地點很好！距離日本一條街走路10分鐘的距離，附近也有很多好吃的店跟咖啡廳～
推薦大家來河內可以選擇這間住宿！
