From the moment we arrived at La Passion Hotel & Spa, we were impressed. The staff were welcoming, the lobby was beautifully presented and the iced tea was very much appreciated after a long day of travel!

Our room was modern, with a lovely ensuite and toiletries. We also enjoyed breakfast in the upstairs restaurant, where there was plenty of options to choose from.

The location was great, with local shops and eateries just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed being so close to Hoàn Kiếm Lake.

Excepcional y con excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy limpias y el personal es muy atento, en especial Rosa, Sarah y Tom. El desayuno tiene muy buen sabor y ofrecen todos los complementos para hacer más sencilla tu estancia en Hanói.

Want and Wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff was warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond and held our luggage for 2 days while we went to Ha Long Bay. All the staff should be so accommodating!

Cons:

Being in the heart of the old quarter expect it to be noisy. I just didn't realize how late the karaoke from one of the bars was so audible.
