Pros:

Posizione comoda, ovviamente c’è molta gente, sempre, ma allo stesso tempo ci sono tantissimi negozi dove comprare di tutto, e locali dove fermarsi per mangiare o bere qualcosa, la camera era pulitissima e la colazione varia e buona. Facile anche l’organizzazione dei transfer per l’aeroporto e per le varie località. Un caro saluto a Rosa Bella e Dinh grazie per la gentilezza e i sorrisi e per il regalino

Comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Nice decor and good breakfast in a nice space.

Great and convenient location. Accommodation itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and the restaurant space had nice views.

Cons:

Room is comfortable but not huge. The shower door doesn't properly keep water in the shower, so the floor next to shower often gets wet - which can be annoying.

Pros:

The location is hard to beat. Right at the heart of the Old Quarter.

Cons:

The hotel itself is dated, could do with a refurb. While staff were courteous, the level of English was minimal. The staff at breakfast were quite aloof with minimum interaction with guests.

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the Old District, and close to everything.

It is modern, neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Stayed there 3 times and each in a different room type. The first was a double room which was cute and cosy, a little small but fairly priced. The second was spacious and the third was even bigger and more spacious. Breakfast offered local options and were ample. Guests can order freshly made eggs, as you prefer.

Overall a great place to stay at.

HK sleeper bus office is around the corner from the Hotel and is a comfortable means to travel to Sapa. Not sure if they offer other routes.

There is also a Halaal restaurant opposite hotel.

Thank you to Sarah, Son, Bella and Rosa and also housekeeping for making my stay comfortable and pleasant :)

Tucked away among the chaos is this hidden gem of a hotel

Loved our stay at La Passion Hotel Hanoi!
The bathroom and beds were daily made and kept clean.
Bella, Sara and Tom were so kind and helpful check in to check out. The little departing gift was such a sweet touch.

If you’re visiting Hanoi for few night I’d Highly recommend!
There’s Airport transfer available with the hotel which on Grab can be similar price along with Tolls (that Grab does not approximate in the app)

Cons:

The guest slippers looked used and I’m not a fan of the see through/blinds in the bathroom that overlooks the bed. The room might be a bit small to move around a lot. But we were barely staying inside anyway.
