Location of the hotel is at middle of the City centre.
Room size was too small. There is one bed and only place to stand near to bed. Very congested room's.

No lift, Very slow water pressure at shower. And worst was the one who was sitting at the reception who was a bit rude when asked about the lift and help on moving luggage to fourth floor.

The facilities are old. The room and surroundings are very smelly.
Location very good, old quarter Hanoi. On suite room was basic, however this was reflected in the low price. Room cleanliness was good. Room had a window onto an internal yard. Due to the fact this room was on the inside of the building we had no noise whatsoever. Brilliant. Loud street noise in Hanoi is 24/7. Lady on reception spoke good English and also booked us a well organised trip to Halong Bay. We recommend this hotel.
