Very comfortable room in Hanoi
Pros:

Very large and comfortable room with window. Nice hotel staff. Free parking for bike. Tasty breakfast buffet.

Cons:

You will hear the noise from the street and the adjacent building renovation (from 6:30 am).

Pros:

The room itself is good, the staff is really helpful, the breakfast is basic but delicious and enough. The only problem is that the Wifi connection is very unstable and slow, if you consider doing a lot of online work then probably should think twice before booking.

Short Business Stay in Hanoi
Pros:

The room was fashionably decorated. The aircon was cold enough, the bath water pressure strong with the the right warm temperature. About 10 mins walk away is Indochia Plaza Hanoi, good for meals at restaurant and grocery shopping. Also 10 mins away to the Norteast is the Hanoi metro station but the easiest way to get around is still by Grab. Also 10 mins walk to the southeast is the Cau Giay Park which is good for jogging even after 8pm. Many people in the park so you won't feel lonely, even if the park was poorly lit.

Cons:

It was not on the main road, and many taxis/Grabs has a bit of difficulty finding it as it was wrongly located on Google Map. Nevertheless, it is only a short 2 min walk to the main road to catch a taxi.

Pros:

the hotel in overal was ok

Cons:

the breakfast was poor and disappointing, they don't have shower gel, they only have shampoo and conditioner, and they smell the same, so i was concern using it, maybe it was shower gel and shampoo but put in the wrong bottles. I don't know, seriously cannot tell by the smell. I booked a room with city view, they didn't give me one anh said that room was not available, i ended up staying the room facing the cement wall like a prison.
they refused to give VAT invoice and said thay could only do it if i cancelled on Booking or i had to rate them 5 stars. eventually they gave me the invoice, but they cancelled the booking themselves. the staff told me if i left a bad review, they will in trouble with the manager. Now i understand why this place has high socre they forced people to rate.

The room they give you is different from what they offer on Booking.com
Pros:

The hotel stay at a good location for my trip to Hanoi

Cons:

The staff offered me a different room that was not the same as the one advertised on the website. Since it was late, I had no choice but to stay. I will not return to this hotel in the future.
