Good rest and sleep!
Pros:

Paid for a better front alley- facing room, quieter, firmer bed and good night-sleep!

Cons:

Bathtub has no shower screen to separate & keep the rest of the bathroom /toilet dry, but not a big problem.

Great location, quiet but hard bed.
Pros:

The location up a little side street was great, we had less noise from the street below. The room was large, clean and great value for money.

Cons:

The children's beds were very comfortable but the parents bed felt like concrete - it was so hard and uncomfortable.

Voor een nachtje oké, maar niet geweldig
Pros:

De locatie is goed en communicatie qua inchecktijd ging soepel aangezien ik middernacht aankwam.

Cons:

Ik had het gevoel dat er al iemand even een dutje had gedaan hier voor ik kwam. Er lagen meerdere zwarte haren op bed en in de badkamer. En het douchewater werd niet warm in de ochtend.

Good location and nice to have a family room for 5.
Pros:

Good location for the property. Was clean and comfortable enough. We had a family room with a double bed and 3 singles. Was nice for our family to be together.
They kept our bags overnight while we went on the Halong Bay Cruise which was nice.
They also helped us boon Ninh Binh.

Cons:

Concerned about escape routes if there was a fire as we were on the top floor. Pictures a little deceiving.
